If you didn't know better, you would think this property was located in the middle of the Great Smoky Mountains, and you wouldn't be too far off. While it retains that mountain retreat atmosphere with tons of privacy, you are located only 7 miles from Downtown Knoxville in the foothills of the same Mountain Range. Each room has its own bathroom. 3 bed 3 bath. Fully Equipped for family friendly fun. Surrounded by mature forest trees and hiking trails.

The house was great!! The rooms were large and the bathrooms were great! The garage was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property sits behind another home, so it is very difficult to find. There is a street- side sign with the house numbers, but it was obscured by garbage cans when we arrived so we had a bit of a scramble. A neighbor pointed us in the right direction. Drive way is quite steep. Everything is clean and well maintained. A remote for the garage door would be nice. Host was great and we had a wonderful stay.

We had an awesome time in Knoxville. Home was everything we needed. Close to downtown but just far enough away. Home was exactly as presented. Would stay again.

The home was very cozy, had everything we needed. Loved the patio (so did dogs, excellent squirrel watching)had coffe outside every morning! Tyler was quick to respond to our questions

Excellent! This property was exactly what my teenage children and I needed for a summer getaway. 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. A large screen TV in each bedroom and in the family room. Ample kitchen with plenty of space, well stocked dishware, functioning appliances including dishwasher. Lots of outdoor deck space. Even a 2 car garage. And, so clean!! Our host had excellent communication and responded quickly to messages. The home is tucked away in a gated community surrounded by trees, but is also within a 5 minute drive of grocery and restaurants. An easy trip into Knoxville for activities, but then back "home" to a peaceful retreat. And, the price is fantastic! Definitely recommend.

Great communication from the host, quick to respond every time. Convenient location for seeing a Vols game if staying downtown is not your thing. We were there 2 weeks while our home was under renovation. Pet friendly, so we got to bring our corgi. The neighbors were nice and made us feel welcome. Lastly, the classic Scrabble game led to some epic challenges!

Rocky Top Getaway

Planned a trip around Vols football, wasn’t disappointed! Accommodations were clean & great for 3 couples, close to all that Knoxville has to offer and airport. Gated community was quaint and peaceful.

Our get together was to bring 3 couples from North Carolina, Indiana, and Mississippi together. The men had been stationed in Italy in 1964.

Thanksgiving Family Retreat

Family of four staying for the week of Thanksgiving to be with our son who attends UTK and couldn’t come home. We had a wonderful stay and were able to cook a full turkey dinner in the spacious kitchen. The location is very quiet, in a quaint gated neighborhood 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. It’s a perfect location for trips we took to the great Smokey mountains, and to nearby caves. Plenty to do even in the winter. Tyler was excellent to communicate with before and during the stay. We enjoyed having large televisions in each room and enjoyed several of the board games that were there. We found everything to be clean when we got there and we cleaned up before we left. Only concern was with the listing accuracy, which was that the fireplace is not available. If important to you, I recommend checking with the host before you book. The heater worked well and was quiet, so even though we missed the ambiance of a real fire, we had an amazing and comfortable stay nonetheless. Would absolutely stay here again!

House was clean & loved how they decorated it!!! Very cozy & comfortable!!! The parking was an issue with having two trucks with two 16' trailers. But we figured it out & had no problems!! We were in the middle of every where we wanted to ride our Harleys to!!! I highly recommend this home!!! Tyler was awesome to deal with & very helpful!!!
