Come enjoy the beauty and serenity of the outdoors at Truman Lake, Warsaw, Missouri. Sleeps 20. This home provides a great get away during every season. Enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, golfing during the summer. Go for walks in the spring. Enjoy the beautiful changing leaves in the fall and be amazed by the soaring eagles in the winter. Located in Teal Bend near Long Shoals Marina, we are just minutes away from many antique malls, restaurants and shopping. This nicely furnished 2800 sq' home overlooks Truman Lake with a short walk to the water. The home is finished in Knotty Pinewood and laid out on 3 levels with the upstairs overlooking the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath located on each level allowing guest privacy when desired. Large gathering areas on the main floor and on the lower level provide space for socializing with a large deck on the lower level. This home is furnished with major appliances including washer and dryer. Just bring the boat, golf clubs, fishing poles and groceries. Ideal for single or multifamily gatherings.

NO PETS/ NO SMOKING. $410 per night (3 night minimum)
Holiday rates $440 (New Years/ Memorial weekend/ 4th of July weekend/ Labor Day Weekend/ Thanksgiving Weekend/ Christmas Week ) Responsible parties only, must be 25 years old. Rates subject to change without notice. Non-refundable Cleaning fee and security fees apply. (An additional refundable cleaning/damage fee of $100 is charged within the initial cleaning fee for excessive cleaning, if all rules are followed this will be refunded.)

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bedding and dishes for our group. Boat rental and golfing just a few miles away, which we enjoyed. We also found a beach area for the kids, they loved that!!The walk down to the water was a little steep. It would be nice to have a bench at the bottom and possibly lighting along the path.All in all, we loved the property!!

We're so glad you enjoyed your time at our lake home. The path the lake is located on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property. They allow us access though the property but do not permit us to make any non natural improvements.Your suggestions are certainly valid, and we would have implemented them years ago if regulations allowed.

This was the perfect spot for our multigenerational lake weekend. It worked for a toddler, a 60 year old, and everyone in between. There is a sturdy built in gate so the toddler couldn’t fall down the stairs. The view of the lake is amazing. We could see an eagle flying outside. There is a fire pit for s’mores and a propane grill. There were board games, 2 refrigerators, and lots of dishes. Plus it’s minutes from the marina where we were able to rent a boat.

Our group had a fantastic time at this house. Enough room to gather as a group and yet enough space to do separate activities. The kitchen had all the essential needs and easy to share meals with friends.

Wonderful place to stay. We would love to stay again. Fishing just a walk away. Swimming one mile away. Cute antique store 4 miles away. Perfect for our big family.

The house was perfect for our church youth girls camp! With 12 teenage girls & 4 adults, we all were comfortable. I loved that there was a bathroom on each level & room for everyone to gather or spread out. It was perfect for us! It’s worth mentioning access to the lake is a brushy hike. Not a great swimming area & unable to get our kayaks down there. But that was minor, and didn’t stop us from enjoying the lake. We rented a pontoon boat one day & played on the lake all day. I certainly recommend this house for big groups & family events! Betty was easy to communicate with & all the amenities were available! Thanks for the memories!!

Great location for a memorable family gathering

There was plenty of space for our group of 19 ranging in age from 10 months to 82. The accommodations were comfortable and had most everything we needed, even for our Thanksgiving meal. Lovely setting too! We'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful and comfortable there were 22 of us and it never felt crowded. I wiuld recommend this place to anyone looking for a spaciousness place for a large group to spend time together. A Wal-Mart super center and an Aldi 15 minutes away and a state park with a nice beach less than 10.

Great location

House was overlooking the lake which made for a perfect spot as we were there to do some kayak fishing. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions.

Great Family Time!

We had 9 adults and 4 little ones. Loved the space and location. The owners were wonderful to work with. Well supplied and thoughtful atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Great space for a group!

Group of 10, so there was plenty of space to spread out, share meals and enjoy. Quiet area with great views. Host was great at providing communication and instructions.

Perfect Lake House

For the 3rd straight summer our family has enjoyed this wonderful property. It has never disappointed and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we go to Truman lake. The owner is very prompt and informative with communications. Can't wait for our next stay!
