Updated house by Rock Cut State Park. 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lot of beds. Huge TVs, arcades, private backyard with half basketball court. Granite counters, updated throughout. You will be happy! 3 bedrooms are on the main level, 2 have king beds, and the master has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and a private bathroom, 3 have 2 single beds each and there is a bathroom next to these rooms making 4 full bathrooms in the house.

This was a perfect place for our extended family to stay while we visited family in the area. We didn’t use the kitchen except to make a few quick things for breakfast so I have no comment on that. The rest of the house was great; beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, games were fun! Ben is easy to communicate with and I believe would have addressed any concerns if we had any. We highly recommend!

Excellent stay !! Was there for my daughter’s wedding. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. Host quickly answered any questions quickly. Close to stores/dining. Very nice weekend !!

Although we had a few issues with the VRBO site not clearly representing the homeowners wishes, overall our stay was amazing! This house was perfect for us we had seven adults and four children with plenty of room to spare. It was set up for families like ours not too fancy I didn't have to worry about the grandkids breaking anything although I did take out the insurance just in case. The grandkids loved the ability to throw the basketball in the backyard have a bonfire and just space to play. The arcade and the basement was a bonus too. We will stay again the next time we come to town.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I honestly hate to leave a bad review, but I was so embarrassed to have gathered my whole family here. I hope this can spare someone else that experience. This is the second worst property I’ve ever rented (in 9 years), and the first negative review I’ve ever written. As soon as we arrived, I immediately looked at the listing again, because the house no longer looks like it did in those photos. I even tried to find a new rental.While some of the fixtures are newer, nothing is well maintained. All of the upholstery on the living room couch and all of the seating in the kitchen is stained and dirty. In the garage, there’s an unplugged refrigerator with mold inside it. The fire alarm in the upstairs hallway is missing. There’s an electrical socket without a cover hidden behind a chest. A large canvas picture that fell during our stay is not securely hung. The basketball hoop is broken. There was trash in the spittoon on the patio. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, and the dishwasher had not been run. The dishwasher has mineral deposits throughout it, and it’s also missing an end cap on one side of the top rack, so that side of the rack falls off when pulled out. The whole house looked like it hadn’t been dusted in many months. Most of the furniture looked like it was bought secondhand and not cleaned up or restored. I’ll stop here.In short, this property is more like a frat house than a vacation rental.

We left this property after staying only 24 hours. No bedrooms in basement were up to fire safety standards (no smoke detectors, only one room had an exterior window). Home was not clean, there were dangerous broken tiles left in backyard and empty beer cans in garage. When these (and other) issues were brought to the host, they were dismissive and combative. Terrible experience and this listing should be removed over real safety concerns.

Lots of room

We enjoyed our stay, just had to clean a little first. We were not allowed to receive the address before the day of our arrival and we were driving 8 hours. By the time we got on our way, we couldn't access VRBO website. It kept saying they were having issues. So we had to find a number to call. Gentleman we reached sent us the address and access code. Other than some inconveniences, it was a great place for a lot of people.

VRBO is in charge of the addess. I don’t know why they didn’t give the address sooner.

The house has plenty of bedrooms for large groups. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. When the cleaner forgot restock the toilet paper, he was quick to bring a supply. He even offered to let us stay longer on the day of check out.
