The Ranch House @ Wrich Ranches
Welcome to the Ranch House at Wrich Ranches regenerative cattle ranch! Immerse yourself in the ultimate comfort of the Ranch House where rancher chic highlights the modern western lifestyle. The Ranch House is situated on our 160 acre working ranch and opens to panoramic views that sweep from the ranchlands of the North Fork Valley, to the breathtaking West Elk Mountains and majestic Grand Mesa!
The Ranch House boasts a great room for dining and relaxing, fully furnished kitchen (with wine cooler) and wrap around porches that bring the living space outdoors.
Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Please note, the fourth bedroom, or bonus room, is accessed by a covered breezeway with stairs and does not have a designated bathroom. The powder room and master bathroom (accessible through the laundry room) are nearest to the fourth bedroom.
The game room includes a ping pong table, mini game sets of air-hockey, pool, and foosball, and a Nintendo switch for the gamers.
An outdoor dining area with BBQ grill and fire pit round out the Ranch House`s inviting space!
Guest have access to the entire Ranch House and barnyard. A smart lock keypad provides convenient access.

The Ranch House nestled in beautiful, rural Western Colorado on Fruitland Mesa outside of the little town of Crawford. Only fifteen minutes from the North Rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and ten minutes from Crawford Reservoir State Park. The county road leading to the Ranch house is paved and the house is easily accessed by a gravel circle drive.
Plenty of county roads to explore the farming community and wildlife. Be sure to look out for mule deer and elk!
The Ranch House is part of Wrich Ranches Ranch Camp, which includes the Foreman`s Quarters and the Sheep Camp. These units may be occupied at the time of your stay, each are greater than 75 yards from the Ranch House.
Wrich Ranches is a working cattle ranch and as a result ranch work may be happening at any time.
The Ranch Camp site is also home to the Wrich Ranches on farm market with ranch raised meat and other items available for purchase.

We had an amazing stay at the Ranch. Every need was thoughtfully anticipated and Jason went above and beyond to make sure out stay was exceptionally comfortable and peaceful.

We loved the property itself except for the window issue, the leaky sink and the flies. The owner was great to work with and fixed the window problem right away. We were a group of 12, and the kids loved the cows and the game room, and we adults loved having the extra room to spread out and the ability to cook meals at the cabin.

Thanks so much for staying with us! We were truly happy to fix the window for you right away. After you checked out we were perplexed by the piping under the sink being apart. We would have been 100% happy to take care of that for you immediately also, had we known about it. One of the best things about having a healthy ecosystem (we do not spray our land) are the natural creatures. While we all absolutely love seeing deer, elk, bald eagles, coyotes, and even prairie dogs, pesky flies can be a part of summertime ranch living. We deeply care about our guests comfort and realize the many people are not accustomed to flys so we provide screens on all windows, have the Ranch Living Manifesto up as a fun reminder to keep doors closed when possible and wipe up spills (spilled food and drink attracts flies), a Zevio (no chemical) bug trap, and good old fashion fly swatter. We are so glad you all enjoyed the spaces with your large group! It brings us joy to see families and friends gather together to connect and make beautiful memories on the Ranch! Thanks again for staying with us!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Attention to details was spectacular. Very good location for visiting the north rim. Play room for our 3 year old granddaughter was perfect. Great hosts and will recommend to many others.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location and views were breathtaking, and the attention to detail, including a thoughtful welcome note from the owners, made us feel right at home. The house itself was amazing, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Additionally, the host was very quick to respond to the few questions we had, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely love to come back in the future!
