Recently renovated with fresh paint, new furnishings, and a charming coastal vibe, it epitomizes beachside living. Start your day with a beach stroll after brewing coffee. Note: Window units installed from Memorial Day to early October. This unit isn't baby-proofed; bring your own gear if needed. Weekly and monthly stays are encouraged. Book now for seaside bliss!

Perfect location

Perfect location, clean room. Everything you would need. Just an amazing stay. We had great weather. Feet from the beach and Kat a great overall vacation experience. My son asked if we could move and live there. Lol definitely will stay and book again.

Great beach location, not the best accomodation

The host was very friendly and answered all my messages and questions quickly. The property was in a very nice location, the inside could just use to be updated a little. We had all the basic necessities, just could’ve used a touch extra. We had access to a beautiful open beach and a quiet neighborhood.

Maine Weekend Escape

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was immaculate and comfortable. The beach was steps away. Definitely recommend a stay!

I was not charged the pet fee even though I stated I was traveling with dogs. So, when I had to leave a day early due to a mouse running around the unit day and night. Including getting up on the beds with me on them. Management would not refund a night, because they'd not charged me the pet fee.Other things of note: the lower trim around the unit looked like they had water damage. The air conditioner has dust and grime in its grates. The 2 burner stove was filthy and old. The fridge is rusty. (I should also mention that under the fridge was the mouses favorite hiding place.I have video of the mouse as well.

The property manager was very quick to communicate which was appreciated. That being said we had to check in a half hour later because they did not have it cleaned in time. Inside the room was dusty, half the light bulbs were burned out and outlet covers were missing( maintenance guy replaced hastily once we informed the property manager) the stove was also not functioning properly even after the repairs it took over an hour to boil a pot of water and we ended up eating our basically the rest of the week. The bathroom seems to be halfway through construction with no curtains so people walking by can easily see in. The beds are also in rough shape and the room seems to constantly feel damp and muggy even with the ac or dehumidifier running. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and about a mile to the pier or ocean park.

Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. It was the perfect location for us. Not even a 5 minute walk to the center of OOB. Beds could use an update but it had all the simple amenities we needed. Check in and out was super easy. Would stay again!
