Small clean and quiet 2 bedroom 2 bath house on a hill within walking distance to the beach. There is a small porch overlooking the street, a large TV w/ streaming, comfortable beds, grill, beach chairs, linens, towels, and new appliances. All within a half mile of the pier.

Nice place just off the beach.

Nice place with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. While it looks small from the outside, it’s is nicely roomy inside.

Mains vibration

Cute house at 3 minutes from the beach. All was fine the thing I will say is the tap water smelling bad so we use bottled water and with the feeling to live at someone’s place. (Used sponge and open food in the fridge)

Maison parfaite pour une grande famille. Lit confortable, tout les articles nécessaires sont présents. Propriétaire facile a rejoindre. Le point négatif c'est l'eau chaude. Belles vacances au Maine

Excellente expérience. Bien situé. Endroit calme. Près de la plage et du centre-ville. Équipement complet dans la maison. Je suggérerais d’ajouter des stores dans la chambre au 1er étage ainsi qu’une quatrième chaise à la table à dîner. Communication très claire avec l’hôtesse. Nous a même proposé d’utiliser les planches de plage. Flexible dans l’heure de départ pour répondre à nos besoins.

As of right now without full access to my account my only issues with my stay remains Vrbo app’s issues and lack of customer service available. The host and the stay itself could not have been more lovely! Highly recommended locale!

Fabulous Location

The house was exactly as listed, perfect for 5 adults. We could easily walk anywhere- beaches, reataurants, etc. Could use some darkening curtains as a few outside lights shine right into a couple windows at night but otherwise this house was great. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My father is 73 and the stairs were no Issue for him, just mentioning this as others had brought it up. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Emplacement idéal!!

Nous avons bien apprécié notre premier séjour à Old Orchard Beach. Points forts: L'emplacement est excellent! Pas trop près de l'action pour entendre les bruits mais tout se fait à pied! Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture durant tout notre séjour. Matelas très confortables, draps et serviettes propres. Climatisation récente et performante. Communications faciles avec Jan qui s'est montré accomodante. Points faibles: L'entretien ménager laissait à désirer... j'ai écrit à la propriétaire à ce sujet afin que ce point soit amélioré pour les futures locations. NB Il est vrai que les marches sont abruptes, mais nous n'y avons pas vu d'inconvénient, même avec nos enfants (4-6 ans).

Great Place to Stay at Old Orchard Beach- close to everything!

We stayed here for a long weekend in June and just loved it! There is a large full kitchen with 2 large bedrooms and plenty of storage space, and having 2 bathrooms was awesome. It's just a short walk to the beach and all the attractions and restaurants, yet quiet and away from all the chaos. Jan is the best, and quick to answer any questions that come up. We are definitely coming back!

Perfect weekend in fall

The place is cozy, well decorated and makes you feel right at home. On a very calm street, it's a 5 minutes walk to the beach and to the superb memorial park, the perfect place for our energic Frenchie. We totally recommend this place!

Overall this property is very nice. Convenient to restaurants and stores. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. This property has everything you need to stay in or venture out.

Not for older people or anyone with disabilities.

Very important to show the steep stairs, and the fact that half the beds and baths are down stairs. I slept on the sofa each night because I couldn’t stay on the inside of the upstairs bed. We left a day early!

Cute and Quiet

We loved it here. It's very close to the ocean a short walk as well as short walk to the strip. Very quiet neighborhood and great 2 person balcony!! Had everything we needed and more!!

Excellent OOB Getaway...

Our family had a very delightful stay on this property. Its' convenient location on a quiet street made access to and from the beach very reasonable by foot. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was quite well equipped for cooking (one or two larger-sized pots would have made it even better). Access to a BBQ at the back was a nice touch, as was the mini-patio on the 2nd floor where we enjoyed coffee in the morning. All in all, we were very pleased with Jan's rental property and would definitely consider staying there again!

Cute place, great location

Cute house and just a short walk to the beach. Great parking spaces. Host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Perfect accommodations for four people. We had to use pull-out sofa for grandchildren and it didn't leave much room to get by from the upstairs bedroom, but it works. Would be nice if windows had room darkening shades or blinds. Overall great place and would rent again.

Quiet, yet close to everything!

This was our first stay in Old Orchard Beach and our first time renting a house from the internet sight unseen. The cottage is an older home tucked in a hill, with lots of charm. We loved having the small balcony, the comfy living room, and two bathrooms! We walked everywhere! We are already talking about next time!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, off the main strip so it is quiet but also 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the main intersection. Would really recommend!

Family Vacation

We loved this house! It had everything we could have needed, great location, clean, and was perfect for our needs. So close to everything yet a quiet very pleasant neighborhood. Would for sure stay here again.

Our honest review. Would rent again.

This place is good for adults. Lots of stairs to climb for going upstairs. Not a place to rent if you are handicap. Real close to other houses. I personally would not rent this place if i had very small kids. Very good location for walking to the beach.Very clean and tidy. Could use darker curtians for nite time. The street lights and outdoor lights shine thru the sheer curtians upstairs and downstairs. Missed not having a microwave. I would rent again.

great getaway

stayed with my wife her daughter and boyfriend. wonderful beach access. one block from all the action down on the boardwalk.had everything we needed.Nice and cozy.weather didn't cooperate but that was out of anyones control. still enjoyed our stay and would do it again tommorow.great place to stay wonderful balcony to sit on in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Do not judge this home by the entry. The entrance looks a bit run down though perfect for a sandy return from the beach. You are greeted with a bed room, full bath and stairs direct to the main floor, which is cute, clean and small. Very homey. Description says sleeps 6, we had 5. The couch pulled out for the 3rd bed. No microwave was unexpected though there is a toaster oven and an awesome ninja coffee machine! Overall was great, exactly what we needed for a graduation weekend and the walk to beach and pier was close by!
