What our guests love about our listing:

- Beautiful Master Bedroom with KING sized bed and a 50" Smart TV with complementary Netflix!
- Our house features TWO 3 piece washrooms, one for the upstairs 3 bedrooms and one for the lower Bedroom
- Beautifully decorated space with Ultra-Modern yet cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- TONS of available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 75" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- The Westmount area is home to plenty of buzzworthy restaurants helmed by creative chefs serving farm-to-table fare.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed each in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. We also have a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the downtown core to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
- While we are happy to share our back seating area / fire pit, we do not provide fire wood so if you would like to use it, you will need to acquire / bring your own wood. Please ensure the fire pit is not left unattended and make sure to extinguish after use.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
