Peaceful cabin on Branch Lake near Acadia National Park

Kamp Tahoe is a log cabin located on one of the most desirable pristine glacier lakes in Maine. Use this camp as a home base for exploring all of Downeast Maine. Magnificent sunsets while sitting around our firepit on our gorgeous beach and 50 foot dock for swimming and boating. Seadoo and boat rentals nearby or bring your own which is subject to state of Maine regulations. Make arrangements now. Share a aluminum canoe, 14' boat, and 2 kayaks. Kitchen is fully equiped with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups etc. Utilities are all inclusive in our price. There is a grill, corn hole and basketball game in the garage. Combo washer and dryer in garage laundry room with a vanity and toilet. Beach is excellent for young children to walk out no drop off. There is also a screened in porch. Another camp available behind this one which is called Stairway to Heaven-Loft if you want to bring another family. Look up this listing if you are interested. Bring your boat or rent one at Downeast Marine in Sullivan Maine. This beachfront and on site amenities are shared by both units. Wood fired stove. No central heat.

Great location- beautiful and peaceful! Clean and cozy. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Fred the property manager was very pleasant and helpful. Would book again in the future.

Kamp Tahoe is a great place for a family vacation. We enjoyed our time immensely! The yard, fire pit, dock, and water access were perfect! The kayaks were used daily. Neighbor Fred was a pleasure to deal with and took great care of us! Family vacation 2026 was great!

A perfect cozy cabin situated right on the lake, Camp Tahoe was a wonderful getaway for our family. We enjoyed the kayaks and row boat and dock and fire pit. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location

Visited my son who is interning at Green Lake National Hatchery. Location central to anything we needed. Quiet and beautiful area. Owners were very friendly and accomodating.

Amazing wooden cottage right on the lake

This property is exactly what I was looking for. Right on the lake where my family and I enjoyed the clean warm water, very spacious, and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. It’s only about a 40 min drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. I will definitely be coming back to Maine and staying in this place again.

The cabin was clean and it had all the comforts of home. We didnt know we would be sharing the lake front with cabin 1 renters. They were great and fun to hang out with.

Relaxing

We liked the rustic nature of the cabin. The outside areas were appreciated. We relaxed on the lawn chairs and took the canoe for a spin on the lake. Mary said that perhaps the knives in the kitchen could be sharpened a little!

We had a wonderful experience. Getting in and out was easy. The cabin is super cute and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay and even used the washer/dryer. Fred was great! Really helpful and friendly! The view is gorgeous!! My kids used the kayaks and food swim. It was wonderful!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful Lakeside escape

The view is beautiful and the lake is so clean. The cabin is cozy and relaxing and has nearly every thing you could need. Access to a natural spring is amazing!! The queen size bed is fairly thin with a plastic mattress cover, that is my only complaint for the property. It was noisy and not what I would expect for an adults bed. Wifi and cell service is good uf you need it, im thankful I didnt! Bass fishing is great. Properyy manager is close by and very kind!

i must check out the noisey matress protector and replace it with a fabric like material . as soon as we can accumulate more revenue we are planning to replace all queen matresses and carpets in bedrooms with luxury vinyl planking.

Kamp Tahoe was the PERFECT spot!From loons, to owls and beautiful sunsets we loved it. Lake is beautiful and Fred was awesome! The cabin is so cozy and clean. It had everything you needed. We can’t wait to come back soon!!Thanks for the peaceful getaway we needed to celebrate 20 years!!
