The sandestin was a beautiful place and the check in staff was amazing. However, the description of the rental was deceiving and falsely advertised. We were lead to believe that it was a beach front condo and affiliated with Hilton.

There was no beach view. But we had our own entrance to the beach within 500 ft. Great experience.

Great stay!

Real nice condo as advertised. Had a few minor issues that were immediately handled by property management. Highly recommend the condo and property management company. 5 plus stars all around!

Upon our arrival, I reached out to the host regarding the location of the advertised indoor pool. We were very disappointed to learn that there was no indoor pool, despite it being listed as a property amenity. This was one of the primary reasons we chose this unit over other options. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law, along with our four granddaughters, who are stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. We wanted to ensure there were activities that our entire family could enjoy together. Before our trip, we shared the listing with them, and they were especially excited about having access to the indoor pool. Discovering upon arrival that this advertised amenity was not actually available was extremely disappointing, particularly because it played a significant role in our decision to book this property. I have screenshots of the original listing that clearly identify the indoor pool as a property amenity and support my position. From our perspective, the listing misrepresented what was included, leaving us feeling that we were promised something that was ultimately not delivered. There were a few other minor issues during our stay that we were willing to overlook, as we understand that no property is perfect. However, the inaccurate representation of a major advertised amenity is not something we can overlook, as it directly influenced our booking decision and our family’s expectations for the trip. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the pool. However, after reviewing our listing, we were unable to find any reference to an indoor pool or any on-site pool as a property amenity. Our listing does include a photo highlighting Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park as a nearby local attraction, but it is identified as a nearby destination rather than an amenity included with the property. We regret any misunderstanding this may have caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We continuously review our listings to ensure they are clear and accurately represent each property for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you and your family all the best.
