The property was clean with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the three rooms were a nice size. Beds are comfy. The bunk bed room is very tight. There's only one room with a closet, so there's limited space for suitcases and clothing. The location is perfect as it's right at the highway and close to other stores and restaurants. The walls are super thin; you can clearly hear conversations from your neighbors and every step from the neighbors above. Overall, it worked for my group because we were gone most of the day and we managed with one closet.

Great place to stay !

Had a great time in Nashville. This place is easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do. Love that it is on the ground floor - no lugging bags up stairs !

Great place to visit Nashville

We had a great time at the property. We were only a group of 3, but enjoyed having 3 bathrooms! Close to downtown, and the highway for further exploration. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The guest were wonderful! They were easy to communicate with, very respectful of our space, and left everything incredibly clean and tidy. They followed all the house rules and made the entire process seamless. We would be happy to host them again anytime and highly recommend them to other Airbnb hosts!

We stayed here for nearly a month while getting set up in Nashville. There are some positives, but overall our experience was challenging.The unit looks like the photos and has been nicely remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped, and the in unit washer and dryer were convenient. The layout works well for groups, with three bedrooms and connected bathrooms, and the price was reasonable. The host was also very responsive.One thing to note is the listing still shows a workout room, but it has been converted into a game room. We were told after booking, but it was a factor in choosing this property.The biggest issue was noise. The unit is near a major highway, and sound insulation is very limited. We consistently heard neighbors, especially from above, at all hours. Even normal movement was loud enough to wake us. Plumbing from other units also created a loud recurring noise in the wall that could last several minutes. This was a nightly issue and made it difficult to sleep.The primary bedroom has no closet or drawer space, and there are no standard chairs with backs inside, which made working difficult.The surrounding area may not meet all expectations. While there are a few nearby conveniences, it is not very walkable, especially in the evenings, and the location on Gallatin Pike does not have a typical city feel.Overall, while the unit is updated and a good value on paper, the noise and environment made it difficult for a longer stay. I will not stay here again.

Mixed review

We were disappointed to arrive to an unclean house. We messaged the owner and they sent a cleaning crew out the next morning. We definitely felt more comfortable once we had the place cleaned. Parking spaces were very tight. We had to park our SUV across the street. The house was stocked with necessities to cook in the kitchen for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Slept 9 comfortably and it was great to have a place that accepted our small dog. Beware of keeping any valuables in cars. Two days before our departure, all cars in the parking lot were broken into. Smashed windows out of each parked vehicle. This was really a bummer to have to spend an extra 300 to have our window replaced especially during the holiday. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host.
