We have added an outside SPA on the lighted private patio. Full functioning newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, and new appliances. BBQ grill in back yard. Keurig Coffee maker and supplies!
All bedrooms have new Serta queen beds and a King master suite on main floor and two large bedrooms upstairs with 4 additional queen beds plus an extra twin! The whole house has wifi internet and a premium channel TV in living with queen sofa sleeper and Lazyboy recliner. Dining area with bar height table off kitchen and a basement with washer and dryer available for long stays. There is an additional quarter bath on main floor for washing up and grooming.

Great location in a Quiet neighborhood Just off I-24 & Briley Parkway near Berry Hill, Downtown, the Stadiums & Vanderbilt. 10 minutes to the Airport, Zoo or an easy 15 to Opryland!

NOTE: This was recently completely renovated and finished in mid June, 2019! This will add a bonus bedroom along with 4 other bedroom and 4.25 bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms have heated floors!!
The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably! Weekly and Monthly rates available!
Families with children welcomed.

Please note: There is absolutely NO Smoking inside the house and that we observe outside quiet hours from dark until 9:00 am.

We had a great stay. Only needed a room for several people for the night and was way better than getting a hotel. Everything was pretty clean however the vents could use a good cleaning. My aunt has really bad allergies and she was struggling because the vents were pretty dirty.

Very clean! This property is much larger than the photos make it seem. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is adorable! The hosts were so communicative and didn’t hesitate to come over and help fix the Wi-Fi when it went out. I was here for my bachelorette party and all my girls loved our experience!

The bungalow was spacious but felt cozy. The kitchen was set up pretty good for the cooking that we did. We had fun playing pool and the weather was perfectly cold!!!!

Host were amazing. Anything I needed they made sure to have available and communicated great. This place was bigger than we thought. The game room was perfect for our family game night.

This is an older home that was updated and sleeps lots of people, giving private space to four families, which worked great for our group of five. The location was perfect for our Opryland conference destination. The neighborhood was very quiet and the host was thorough in all communications and responded quickly. Good value for the price of the stay.
