Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 2800 sq. ft. mid-century ranch offers room for everyone to spread out and relax, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and cozy touches throughout.

On the main level, you'll find:

A serene primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bath

A sunny second bedroom with a queen bed

A versatile third bedroom that doubles as a home office with a twin daybed + trundle—perfect for kids or work-from-home guests

Downstairs, unwind in a massive primary suite with a fireplace, wet bar/kitchenette, and a third full bath—ideal for privacy or extended stays. You’ll also love the media room, complete with a 50" HDTV with Roku, a game table, and another twin daybed with trundle for extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a rolling island for flexibility and flows out to a comfortably furnished deck with a gas grill.

The glassed-in front porch is perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats.

Enjoy high-speed internet and Roku TVs throughout the home. (Please note: we don’t offer cable TV.)

For outdoor fun, Seven Oaks Park is just 2 miles away with new pickleball courts, a disc golf course, and plenty of space to play.

Great place! Very close to the airport. Pictures are incredibly accurate. Nice and private for multiple families. Downstairs is basically an apartment. Tons of space, very clean. Was able and willing to accommodate an early check in. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful home with an expansive finished basement. The front enclosed porch is absolutely serene. There are pillows in the front closet for the outdoor furniture on the back patio. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The owner is very responsive to inquiries and needs. The beds are comfortable and the decor is cozy and inviting. We loved this home.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this house. There is plenty of space and the three bathrooms were greatly appreciated!As mentioned by others, having a car is very useful. We ‘ubered’ around for the first half of the week and rented a car for the last half. Next time we would opt to rent a car for the whole week. The Uber rides got expensive for 5.

Long weekend trip

Communication with the owner was wonderful. I messaged with multiple questions and received a response very quickly each time. The property was as described and has a beautiful stream around the back. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and the property was spacious. It was stocked with many household items that were nice to have on hand upon arrival. Our group had a great time and the space was very inviting. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great time in Music City

We had a wonderful time visiting Nashville and staying in Musician's Haven for 6 days earlier this month. The home was comfortable, including the beds, and well stocked with everything we needed. All the places we wanted to see/do was within about 15 minutes of the house, and easy to get to, as long as you have a vehicle. Our host was amazing. Whenever I reached out for information, which I did several times, I received a response almost immediately. Check in and check out was a breeze and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we ever go back to Nashville, we will definitely consider a return visit.

Great place to stay!

We stay in VRBOs quite often when we travel because of the size of our group and I’m very picky about the accommodations and the location. This home did not disappoint. It was VERY spacious, the furniture was extremely comfortable ( we stayed in one night because we were exhausted from traveling and it was nice to be able to sit and relax comfortably), well stocked kitchen ( we ate breakfast in ) and the owner was very easy to work with. When he found out my granddaughter was traveling with us he supplied a playpen and high chair. Can’t say enough positive things about this home. Loved it.

Home away from home for a family get-together

Excellent house with multiple places to talk and play, plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms to handle our family and a few friends to enjoy Nashville and feel like we were at home. Our host was friendly and helpful, the house was spotless and really functional for all we needed.

Nice and quiet weekend get together.

The place was very clean and homey. It had to s of room and was very charming. The neighborhood was quiet and had little to no through traffic. I've lived here for about twenty years and getting anywhere you may want to go was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Overall fantastic. Couch and chair in livingroom a little to soft and deep. Wished TV in livingroom was bigger. Bed downstairs was not comfortable. Master bedroom bathtop had jet tub, but leaked. Never did get fixed whole time we were there. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely use again

Great place

We had a great time at Musicians Haven. But was just what we needed. Nice location and quiet. Nice well equipped kitchen which was great because we cooked many meals together there. Our only feedback is that we could have used a good peeler for carrots and potatoes. The one provided was pretty bad 🙃 Also better lighting all around, especially in the kitchen and living room would make the place way more inviting.

Loved Staying Here

We arrived in the early AM hours due to a late arrival in Nashville. Entry was well lit and easy. Although in for business it was family staying together and lots of room. The house was very clean and that is the number one item on my list right there with our safety and we had both. Charming neighborhood with well kept properties. Just enough distance to downtown that a Lyft worked well for. The people of Nashville were super friendly which adds to the overall vibe. Our hosts were very timely with communication when needed. We would definitely stay here again should we come back and need to rent a house. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Relaxing getaway with many amenities

Beautiful property, quiet and pleasant inside and out. The upper level was very clean. The lower level wasn’t as clean, unfortunately. Close to the airport, downtown and Opryland. We Ubered everywhere with a pretty low fare. We cooked there several nights and had what was needed. The only issue was the barbecue grill. The propane bottle was empty; fortunately a neighbor next door loaned us one. The grill also caught fire. It was dirty on the underside of the grates, and a fire started inside the grill, burning off what was in the grates. Once that happened, the fire stopped and we were able to finish grilling our steaks. My son really enjoyed playing the piano and other instruments. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again when in the area.

This place had more than enough beds to sleep all nine of us. The basement provided lots of room for kids to run around and let the adults relax. The owner was sure to make sure any rules were clear and gave lots of information about the area.
