We challenge you to find a more beautiful one bedroom apartment in Edinburgh!
Large first floor*( *2nd floor North America) one bedroom flat overlooking a private garden in exclusive Georgian cul de sac, off Heriot Row.
The spacious first floor apartment comprises a large double bedroom with en suite. The kitchen area has a gas cooker/ fridge/freezer & dishwasher, and includes a utility area with washing machine & dryer.
The large living room, which overlooks the beautiful private Queen Street Gardens, has a separate dining area. All bed linen, towels, pillows and duvets are provided.
The apartment is a few minutes from Waverley Station by taxi. Wemyss Place is just off Queen Street, which runs parallel to George Street. The main shopping area of Princes Street is within easy walking distance. The apartment also has a secure parking bay at the rear of the building.
The apartment is in a very quiet area and yet so close to all the amenities and attractions, within walking distance such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, with Holyrood Palace a short drive away. There are many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques several minutes away in Rose Street.
Edinburgh's famous castle is especially beautiful. Upon entering the city, it commands immediate attention. The eye of the visitor is drawn to the impressive structure rising high above everything else on its sheer granite cliffs. There are incredible panoramic views from the upper stories of the castle, including a clear view of the distant sea. The castle sits high on the huge rock formation that juts out as if in defiance of any who would seek to invade Edinburgh. Castle Rock, as it is known, is inaccessible on three sides, and has a long, descending ridge on the fourth side.
Edinburgh is filled with historic and literary association: John Knox, Mary Queen of Scots, Robert Louis Stevenson, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (creator of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson), Alexander Graham Bell, Sir Walter Scott, and Bonnie Prince Charlie are all part of its past.

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Paul and Pippa were a pleasure to deal with and communication was excellent. The location is perfect and within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, groceries, shops, coffee, and transportation. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Very nice apartment in a good location. Hosts were very communicative and apartment was just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if I get back to Edinburgh.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was our second time here and it suited us perfectly. It was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed and perfectly situated for getting around Edinburgh without having to take the car. Contacting the host was very easy and he was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Our stay in the New Town apartment was wonderful. The hosts were very communicative about all the details and everything in the apartment was top notch. Excellent location with keys to the private park across the street added another delightful touch. We loved Edinburgh and would definitely come back to this VRBO!

Perfect Edinburgh Flat
We loved the location and the flat had everything you could need for a short or long stay (laundry, well equipped kitchen, etc.). We can't wait to visit again!

Quiet Central Location Near Many Restaurants
Roomy Edinburgh (New Town area) flat, next to private park. Convenient to many restaurants and within walking distance to the castle.

Classic Architecture in A Central Location
Top quality location for a City Stay. Very spacious Apartment & useful range of appliances as well as welcome items (milk etc.) provided.

It was an amazing apartment in an amazing location! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We will have to stay here in this great place in this amazing city again!

Great location at Queen Street
10-minute walk to Stockbridge area; 10 minutes to Princes Street; great restaurants nearby on Rose Street; private park (Queen Street Gardens) right across the street. And the room has full kitchen, laundry, and separate dining/living room. Great place — would stay here again.

Lovely Flat with access to a private garden. Just a short walk to everything.
Spacious and comfortable. The bath and kitchen have been nicely updated!
