Great location, close to bus and tram stops, walking distance to city centre. Property was exactly as described with excellent facilities. Communication was quick and easy, instructions for access etc were clear. Only note would be that the bathroom door window does not afford 100% privacy especially if stying with people outside your ‘close’ circle.Overall a fantastic Edinburgh festival week in a great apartment.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very quiet and in walking distance to everything we needed. The tram was also right there which made getting around really easy. Martin was really helpful and prompt in replying to our messages. Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location to able to walk to all the sights. Martin is an excellent host who goes above and beyond even when I asked to stay an extra night.

Great location with great book shop, cafes and large shopping centre nearby. Short walk to bridge to cross into Old Town (Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle etc)The apartment was so comfortable and cosy with the living room and kitchen being large and airy and well equipped. Fabulous view from lounge window too!

Charming, spacious and very well-equipped flat in an interesting, well-situated neighbourhood with many amenities.Our host was quick to respond to the few queries we had during the booking process. We had no need to contact him during our stay, as all of the information we sought was available at the flat.It was a lovely space in which to wind up a most enjoyable tour around Scotland. And we have no doubt it would be an equally fine starting point, too.

The apartment is very central, so you can do most activities on foot.There is plenty of space for four people and the view from the lounge is just splendid. We spent 6 very comfortable nights in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Only downside was the parking (have to pay for parking during the week) and the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which is fine for non-disabled people. However, please do not let that put you off as we had a fantastic time so more about awareness than anything.

This apartment is adorable and well maintained. Martin was the perfect host. Its location is great and we were able to walk to many sights. Please note that it is on the top floor without a lift with three flights of 20 stairs each for those who would have trouble climbing them. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for me but all was clean and tidy.

Great location

We really enjoyed our weekend in Edinburgh despite the relentless rain! Coming back to the lovely apartment after a busy day was just the tonic. Great location and lovely quiet area

Quiet Location Close to City Center

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It was a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and had loads of restaurants, cafes, and conveniences close by. There were a lot of stairs but the cozy rooms and great view are worth it!

Perfect for a small family in Edinburgh

Prime location for Calton Hill and all of the Royal Mile. The flat was immaculate and the host was awesome. I highly recommend!!

This location was fantastic!! We were able to walk everywhere!! Great restaurants!! The apartment was perfect and met all of our needs. Clean, super convenient and comfortable. We will return!!
