Beautiful home in a perfect location. Plenty of space and check out was easy. The only think I would suggest would be to make it clear in the listing that there are two units and they are not connected so the people sleeping downstairs have to go outside and up stairs to be with the rest of the party.

Beautiful property. Looks as listed. Plenty of room for our group. We were a group of 7 women celebrating our 60th birthdays. Walked everywhere. Nice balcony to have our wine and laugh at the end of the day. There are a lot of steps to main house entrance and bedrooms if that is an issue for you. You do have the option of using the downstairs apartment.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Savannah home for my bachelorette weekend! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained everything was. The house is absolutely stunning, and knowing its rich history made our stay feel even more special. There was plenty of space for our group to relax, celebrate, and make memories together. Every room had so much charm and character while still offering all the modern comforts we needed. The location was also perfect for exploring Savannah. This home truly became such a memorable part of my bachelorette weekend, and I’m so grateful we chose to stay here. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and impeccably kept place to experience everything Savannah has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is an absolutely wonderful home with every amenity you can think of! We come to Savannah every two months to visit my son and thus are quite familiar with Savannah home rental market. This is by far our favorite home. It’s beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and in a perfect location. I am hesitant even leave a review simply because I want to keep this home as our hidden gem!

Great location, pretty home needs some TLC

We enjoyed Troop Manor. It’s in a really nice neighborhood. Nice location, furniture and beds could be improved or replaced no outdoor grill and kitchen is minimally equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay! The property had a great amount of space and was very thoughtfully stocked. They took care of all the little things — soaps, plenty of towels, dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels — so we didn’t have to run to the store when we arrived. Everything was very clean, and the location was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location and accommodation for a girls trip.

Such a wonderful house for five sister-in-law‘s to have a great girls weekend. Accommodations were perfect and the rooms were absolutely wonderful. Our oldest sister-in-law did have a challenge with stairs due to a injured knee however, the garden apartment below was perfect for her

Perfect for our Family

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect! Almost everything we wanted to see and do was within a 20 minute walk, including a grocery store. The property management company responded very quickly to all of our inquiries and needs. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the lack of spices available for use in the kitchen. All other VRBOs we have stayed in have had several available.

Absolute Perfection in Historic Savannah! Our family of six—my husband, adult daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and two-year-old granddaughter—could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was ideal. We were within easy walking distance of the river, shopping, fantastic restaurants, and the iconic historic squares, with Troup Square literally right across the street. The home itself is a well-appointed period property, and special mention must be made of the furniture, light fixtures, and decor, which were perfectly suited to the home's era and location. The layout was ideal for a multi-generational group. Having the separate downstairs quarters gave my son and his family their own space, while the well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room made family meals and gathering together effortless. And that courtyard! The splash pool was the absolute highlight of our stay—it was the perfect place to convene every afternoon in the shade. The above-ground ledge and built-in seats were wonderful for cooling down, and it ended up being the ultimate spot for our two-year-old granddaughter to hone her swimming skills! All of the outdoor furniture looked brand new and was exceptionally comfortable.Lucky Savannah provided excellent communication both before and throughout our stay, making everything seamless. Without a doubt, we would book this home again on any return visit to Savannah!

Peaceful oasis

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, just a mile from our daughter's wedding venue. We will come back for another visit! It was just perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the back porch on the second-floor main level and the downstairs patio. November weather was perfect!! The house is just as listed, with lots of sitting room for those who like to cook while on vacation. I enjoyed parking at the back of the home as well. Thanks again

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for a family vacation. It was me and my husband, my daughter and her husband and 1.5 yo son, and my son and his girlfriend. This spot was perfect. The little family took over the bottom of the house and it worked out great. The location was within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see. The unit was clean and well equipped. The sitting furniture was a bit worn and uncomfortable but we weren't there to sit and watch TV. I have to say, it is probably the best rental experience I've had. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early - trying to get us in the unit as soon as cleaning was complete and storing our luggage until we could get in. I definitely recommend this property and this rental agency.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Manor. It was beautifully remolded while still keeping the character of the home. It was a wonderful location and we had the BEST stay!! But would want a new mattress for the sleeper sofa downstairs, it was still the old 4' with springs and after one night we had to improvised. If I hadn't of been told specifically that it was comfortable maybe I would not have been so disappointed. But would for sure stay again!!
