Nature Retreat is located on 25 Acres of land. Surrounded by beautiful trees with a spectacular view no matter what season you visit. Vivid colors of bright yellow, orange and red leaves in the fall. Beautiful white snow in the winter. Relax and enjoy the fire place year round. Have a campfire and roast hotdogs or just listen to the crickets chirp and owls hoot. Have a quiet evening just gazing at the stars and enjoy the beauty around you.
No matter what your idea of relaxation is Nature retreat is the place for you. We are surrounded by local parks. In the heart of local attractions. Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave, Tar Hollow and Cedar Falls are just a few minutes away. Natures Retreat was designed for two guests only no kids or pets.

Very Nice And Peaceful cabin, very cozy! Everything was very clean and we did not leave the cabin the whole weekend! Hot tub was so relaxing and nice! Great place to rent!

The perfect size cabin! The hot tub was very relaxing! The host David was super nice as well giving us updates on the weather and flooding near by. The main deck is a really nice size and well covered. Plenty of land to walk around and just take in nature! The bed is comfortable as well!

Everything was ok, the floor was a bit dirty and there was a string musty-mildewy smell. I was disappointed that the coffee maker didn’t have the glass pot part so we couldn’t have coffee. It’s a cute little place and perfect for a couple needing a short getaway.

Iam surprised you seen any dirt on the floor we take pride in very cleaning. No sure what you was smelling. It’s on the website saying we have a pod or grounds coffee maker. We take pride in are cabins and try to give guests a fair price and what they might need to be comfortable. Thank you

This little cabin in the woods worked wonderfully as a home base for our time exploring the Hocking Hills region. It felt very private and peaceful. We loved being able to soak our tired muscles in the hot tub after a day of hiking. It was small but just right for my husband and me.

Our experience was very peaceful, quite, and relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. It was such a nice get away. Cabin is very clean, comfortable bed,and peaceful sleep. Basically has all your needs. Thanks to our host David.

Although the cabin is located behind the owners house we felt comfortable in our privacy. It is tucked nicely into the woods and the view from the hot tub on the back porch is very private and beautiful

Awesome cabin and location

Cabin was absolutely amazing and after a long day of hiking the hot tub was a great! The setting is absolutely perfect for just relaxing.

The location was amazing, so close to everything. The owners were very friendly. We did run into some electrical hiccups, but the accommodations they made were really helpful and thoughtful. It was such an amazing trip! I'd definitely love to go back. The cabin was one of the most cozy I've ever stayed in. We had a fantastic time. It was such a very relaxing experience.

We have lived here for over 37 years. The cabin is hidden back close to the woods. You can enjoy your coffee on the porch, while hearing the sounds of nature and enjoying the view. We feel it is the perfect location for the cabin. We enjoy useing the cabin on occasion ourselves for just a peaceful evening on the porch.

The cabin is secluded and close to the woods. It is quiet and peaceful setting to just relax in the hot tub anytime of day. You can sit back and just hear the sounds of natural, birds singing ,owls hooting, or just gaze at the stars. If you prefer to enjoy some of the state parks. The cabin is 6 miles from Ash cave depending on the route you take, 10 miles from Old man’s cave, and 15 miles to Tar Hollar. We are approximately 2 miles from Hocking county line.
