Dakota Trail Cabin is a 2 bedroom cabin within walking distance to Old Man's Cave State Park in Hocking Hills. Enjoy the convenience of not having to not having to find a parking space in a full lot at Old Man's Cave Park. With a private yard with easy parking. After hiking come and enjoy our 5 person hot tub on a covered porch. We offer an outdoor fire pit with a gas and charcoal grill. The cabin has 1 deck and one covered porch with outdoor furniture. A 40" smart tv with satellite tv and wireless internet for your enjoyment. Enjoy a gas log fireplace. A full kitchen with basic cooking utensils and tableware and a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. WE ALSO HAVE A SIMULAR CABIN , (STARR VALLEY ) WHICH IS CLOSE AND(PONDEROSA) ON THE SAME PROPERTY. Pet fee of $50.00 per stay,please don't forget to check ✅ the box. (push on the box that says Travelers ,then pets come up

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in an excellent location close to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is private and very quiet. If we get back to the area in the future we would definitely want to stay there again.

I love that its dog friendly, my dog had a great time. Well stocked with everything we needed. The host let us check in early, was a painless experience. the hot tub was an added bonus after the long hikes.

Cabin was great for our weekend trip! Had 3 of us staying here for a conference held at the Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center. Cabin was a very convenient 1.5 miles away from the conference center. Plus able to enjoy the hot tub and catch up in the evenings! Hosts were great about any extra questions

I had to postpone last minute and Hannah was super nice and helped me reschedule. Our stay was brief but relaxing. Close to so many trails! And very private. We also got to bring the dog!

Cabin was very comfortable , great area for what we were doing. I would have loved to spend more time outside while I was at the cabin but the deck, picnic table and chairs were dirty. My husband loved the hot tub. Would stay again if the outside was cleaned up.

The location of this cabin is outstanding! It is so close to all the trailheads. Just a short drive to most . Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. Very well furnished. Enjoyed it. We had an issue with plumbing and it was taken care by the time we returned after I had texted in morning. Very pleased with this property!

Location, location, location. 10 minute walk to Hocking Hills main entrance. Check in was a breeze, cottage was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was great after a long day of driving and a day on the trails.

Perfect place for my dogs and I on our annual hiking trip. Super close to Old Mans cave and just a short drive to get back to town for some food at night. The yard was just big enough for my dogs to expel some energy. Very cozy inside. Will definitely book again

The cabin for perfect for us and another couple. It was a good-sized kitchen for making breakfasts and quick dinners. The proximity to the Hocking Hills state park was great and the hosts were quick with communication and helpful.
