Great location. Walking distance to 6/7 restaurants and entertainment. Perfect 23 night stopover for the 2 of us.

Lovely space in a great location close to lots of bars/restaurants. The Keurig coffee station was great ( provide our own K Cups) and the furnishings were very comfortable.

Very surprised and very satisfied to find the property exactly the way it was advertised. It was spotless and stylishly furnished. Felt very safe. So surprised ,also , for all the activities and dinning places in walking distance. We’re looking forward to another stay there in the near future..

Most wonderful, we want to stay again

We loved the character and updates of the whole studio. Such a great location and easy walking to local attractions. We will definitely stay here again

A little issue with door key code but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Thank you for the kind review, we’re glad you enjoyed the property. The guest arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, which we were happy to accommodate, and the entry code simply needed a quick remote adjustment since codes activate at check-in for security. Once contacted, we updated it immediately and everything was resolved right away. We always strive to respond quickly and ensure a smooth arrival for our guests.

Great location lots of room and features for the price.

Pretty hard to beat the location near the restaurants and bars but just far enough to be peaceful at night. The full kitchen with lots of seating was great. There are two mini split AC units which had no problem keeping it cold. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jim was a great host,contacted me several times during my stay.One complaint I have is during my stay the nights were chilly and the heating system couldn’t keep up.Great location and very clean unit.

From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the warmth and home like feeling. It’s perfectly located to restaurants and bars. After a night out when you return back to this peaceful Oasis (perfectly named) you can sit back and relax out back for a nightcap. I absolutely highly recommend for anyone to book here, Jim who is the host is amazing with all accommodations and communication. I will definitely be saving this place for my next visit.

Great Location - Great little property

My husband and I were up in the Palm Harbor area for an event and this quaint little property was the perfect landing place. As others have mentioned, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The kitchen was appointed with all basic needs as far as utensils and appliances. And though it is a small space, it is roomy enough for the 2 of us. The historic building and decor just added to the overall charm of this property.The host of the property was very courteous and responsive and we did not have any issues whatsoever.I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Booked this place because it was close to a friend I was visiting. But it was pretty unclean. Found some dead ants in a bunch of areas including on the bed. Lots of cobwebs. My partner and I were having horrific allergic reactions every time we came in. To top it all off, I found a dead roach in my suitcase after we got back home (I know I got it from here because I had cleaned my suitcase before leaving for the trip). It's a cute building in a great area. AC is good. But it needs more love and pest control.

Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Nice to come back to after a hot afternoon strolling the area. Unit is in a historic Florida building. You get the charm of old Florida but of course with history comes vintage condition. Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the ambiance. The host, Jim, is super responsive and accommodating. Enjoy!
