Lovely new bathroom with large shower. Deck with grill and patio chairs to enjoy the lake view. Brand new kitchen with Quartz countertops and all the amenities. You can Canoe on the springfed lake and catch bass. Or bring your boat and motor about on this great ski lake. If you want the beach, It is a short drive to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tarpon Springs or Honeymoon Island. The large theme parks such Busch Gardens, LegoLand, Universal and Disney are only a drive away. Perfect place in a beautiful serene location

This cottage was so peaceful, perfect, clean and had everything we needed and some for our stay. We booked the cottage following surgery, to be near the hospital for a few days and it was absolutely the best choice we could have made. The grounds are beautiful, the wildlife is thriving, the lake is beautiful and the cottage was perfect. The space is beautiful and we want to visit again in the future after we are healed with our kids.

Milton aftermath

This was one of the only properties that has electricity in the aftermath of the hurricane, it was the coziest place to land after an exhausting 5 days of moving around because my house was affected by the storm and had no power. I got the rest I needed there before going home to clean up and reorganize things.

LOVE everything About this place

Words are insufficient to fully express what a beautiful place this is. The property is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The hosts are wonderful. I stayed during Hurricane Milton having to evacuate from my home, and I cannot think of a better place to have been. Not only did I feel safe, the hosts Rhonda and Simon, made this experience the best it could possibly have been. I recommend this without any hesitation, and selfishly hope it remains the best kept secret. It made a very unpleasant experience the best it possibly could have been. And more..

Lovely

Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Never saw the owners after we first arrived. Instructions were detailed and never had any question. Very beautifully decorated and designed. Can’t wait to book again

Beautiful

This place is off a Main road in Tampa for easy access. It was beautiful, with a beach theme, Plenty of room, plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, including basic spices, tin foil, etc. Equipped with everything you need.

This is the real Florida

A beautiful wooded property on Half Moon Lake, this was Central Florida serenity. It was also close to many attractions - Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and just 15 minutes to the airport. This small guest house was perfect for us. My wife and I loved it.

Love the location, close to our friends we came to visit. We really enjoy the quiet neighborhood and sitting on the deck watching the peacocks stroll by. House has everything we need! Thanks for having us again

Another Great Week In Tampa

This is our second year staying at the Lakehouse and it was as nice as last year. So good we have already booked next year's trip. It is a very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable wildlife - peacocks, bunnies and squirrels. And it is pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

This property was just perfect for my wife and I during our Tampa visit! We were able to visit family and local sights while working remote through the week. The property was cute and quiet and had everything we needed. We have already discussed coming back for a winter break next year!

Relaxing two months in beautiful Guest House

We feel like this is home away from home! This is the second winter months that we have stayed in this cozy lovely guest house! We are celebrating our 60 years of marriage and we started this year here to connect to lots of friends and family ! We have also made new friends with our wonderful hosts Simon and Rhonda! This is by far one of the best places we have stayed with VRBO! Everything is provided that you would ever need and so centrally located to enjoy The Gulf !

Reunion with my birth son.

This was my 1st experience with VRBO. I was traveling to Florida to meet my birth son who was given up for adoption 49 years ago. I was looking for something private for our reunion. I couldn't have picked a better destination. It was just as it was presented and very private. When my son visited it was as if he was coming to my home. The owners were very generous & kind. I will be visiting Florida on a regular basis. Hopefully when I return the property will be available. There is no need to search for anything else. This is a one-of-a-kind property.

Perfect location while In town for a family wedding. Quiet little neighborhood and sweet space. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were busy but it had everything we needed for the time we were there.
