We enjoyed our stay. House was convenient and allowed us to bring our family pet. Communication was great. I left an item in the house after checkout and they were very responsive in helping me get it back. House does need some updating, bedrooms could use new blinds/window coverings. Overall pleased and would stay there again.

It says pet friendly and maybe we should have expected it but the house smelled like cat urine. So much that we had to buy a carpet cleaner and multiple air fresheners just to stay. The half bath was broken for the majority of our stay, ice maker was broken the entire time, toilets were stained horribly. Aside from those complaints, the property had a lot to offer. It was very spacious, trash was beyond sufficient with like 4 cans outside, nicely decorated, and on in an amazing neighborhood.

Property was fine but thats all. I think it just needs a little facelift. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and linens satisfactory.

Our stay did not meet the standard we reasonably expected based on the listing and the price we paid.From the time we arrived, there were a number of maintenance and functionality issues throughout the home. While any one of these issues alone might have been minor, together they reflected a property that was not being properly maintained:On our final night, the property lost water pressure, making it impossible to shower, wash dishes, cook, or do laundry. This significantly impacted our stay and was the most serious issue.The refrigerator doors did not seal properly, and nothing in the freezer remained frozen.The framing around the microwave was loose and not securely attached.The closet doors in one of the first-floor bedrooms would not open.None of the window treatments adequately blocked the morning sun, making the bedrooms much brighter than expected early in the day.The dishwasher rack continually came off its tracks and had to be readjusted throughout use.Individually, these issues might have been inconveniences that we could have overlooked. However, taken together, they painted a picture of a property that was not being adequately maintained despite the premium price we paid. The loss of water pressure on our final night, combined with the refrigerator and freezer not functioning properly, meant we could not use basic amenities that are fundamental to a vacation rental.

Fully equipped kitchen, clean and large master bedroom and bathroom. Bunk bed has trundle underneath. Path to beach is one house away. Beautiful house. Perfect for large family. Minutes to shops but out away from hotels.
