The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a bath with a full tub, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher. Sit and relax beneath the recently renovated covered porch and enjoy your summer days and nights. This home does not have a washer or dryer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
On the lower level, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each level is ideal for a non-smoking family of 2-6.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with a Dishwasher, Microwave, and more... One full bath with shower and tub. Amenities included for each level: secure WiFi, Roku/cable package, Beach Badges, beach equipment, movies, books, and games.

OUTSIDE FEATURES:
We provide two gas grills; one for each family. Long day at the beach? Wash off the sand in one of two enclosed Outdoor Showers, located in the shared backyard. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for your convenience.

This two-family ocean block home is conveniently located and has ample off-street parking for both families. Park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and lots of eateries

PARKING:
Off-street parking is available for each level. The lower level has 2 parking spots directly in front of the home. The family staying upstairs will park in our driveway, which is on the ocean side of our home. Ample off-street parking for both families!

RESTRICTIONS:
* This home is intended for non-smoking families only. No Pets. No Parties or Groups are allowed. * Anyone 25 or under must be accompanied by their parent.

For your safety and security, CONTRACTS will only be issued after you and I have spoken, make sure that this home is comfortable for your family. I will never ask you to wire money and I will only send contracts by mail (Not by email) Discounts are only given for multiple consecutive weeks taken.
