The property looks just like the pictures and was well equipped. Our only negatives were the empty propane tank on the grill and the makeshift garbage can in the kitchen.Already missing being so close to the ocean!

We had six guests at the property. Home is as pictured and we enjoyed the stay. Spectacular views of ocean from kitchen and great room. Wrap around deck was an added bonus. Very short walk to the beach and places to eat and shop. Home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for several days.

I can’t say enough about this “home.” And it is absolutely a home! The space is perfect for a family gathering. We had everything we needed to gather everyone and enjoy Thanksgiving in the spacious kitchen, movies in the grand living room and early mornings watching the sun rise over the beach. The location was perfect and the property management went above and beyond! So grateful!

Brach vacay

Great property, beautiful views, awesome location. Better than photos. Place is perfect, would definitely book again. Only criticism would be to provide some seasonings for cooking other than salt and pepper but that seems to be by design.

The property was wonderful and so spacious - definitely higher end! We had a wonder time except for the getting into the house and locking up afterwards. Neither of the instructions on how to do this were accurate and resulted in several calls to the property managers to finally get in.

Gorgeous beach home with incredible views

Exactly as shown in photos! A GORGEOUS beach front house with a wall of windows to look out on the ocean and beach access right next door. Spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. Open living area with more seating than we knew what to do with! Awesome wrap around deck with plenty of chairs. Exceptionally clean and well equipped with anything you could need. **Beach towels are not included, bring your own or buy some in town :-)

Upon arrival we were met by a Adirondack chair in its shipping box that was in our way coming and going through the front door with luggage. The deck was dirty with black mold and leaf debris. It looked nothing like the clean deck in the photos. The wood floors inside were dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned. Everything else appeared clean. The entrance to the condo is located on the back side of a building on the top floor. The area surrounding the bottom floor is covered by hedges. We had 2 prowlers on our deck with flashlights the second night of our stay. We had to call 911. The police had already been outside of the building earlier that night for something else. We noticed police stay around this area. We were awakened at 6:00 each morning by squirrels running around in the attic. Especially over the first bedroom on the right. They are like an alarm clock! At 7:00ish the downstairs neighbor likes to use his blower. I just can’t make this stuff up. So not recommended!!!

This place was amazing!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Right beside the beach walkway to make easy trek to ocean. Ocean and dune views with nothing in the way. So spacious and decorated well. And double vanity in primary bathroom major plus. Super clean.Easy walk to grocery, shops, and restaurants. The "4" covered parking spots is a stretch if large vehicles. We fit 2 comfortably. Place was very safe. We just rolled out beach cart in the carport each night with no problems.Please stay here. You won't regret it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
