3br/2ba Beautiful Oceanfront Condo in premier Resort Area! Very family friendly!! 2 pools that have just been totally renovated, including one that has zero entry for the little ones to splash around! There is also an on-site oceanfront restaurant/bar that has amazing food and cocktails!

Our condos are freshly remodeled with Seally Pillow Top and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses. They have fresh paint, new furniture, and flooring. These condos are exceptionally maintained by me, the owner! Your satisfaction is our priority!

Perfect ocean front getaway

This is our second time as a family of 6 staying at this property. It is easy to get to and in a great location just a boardwalk away from the lovely beach. The condo is well maintained and clean with tasteful decor. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and suited our needs. I was super impressed and surprised at having a sharp knife in the kitchen which is unheard of in a rental property!! We enjoyed cooking on the Community grills that are right out front. We also enjoyed some time in the heated pool as we were there for the Thanksgiving week and temps are a bit cooler. This is definitely a place that we would come back to again and again with our family. Thank you for a great stay.

Family Beach Trip

We brought the whole family. First beach trip for our 3 year old and 9 month old granddaughters. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily bring the girls back and forth for naps and meals. Check in and out was very easy. The whole trip was stress free and very relaxing. Just what we needed. We are already talking about a return trip.

HS girlfriend getaway Class of 1982

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful property. The weather didn't cooperate with us but all the rain didn't dampen our spirits. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was the perfect spot for us to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee while overlooking the ocean. The pool was nice and the food and drinks at the attached restaurant were fantastic. If you are heading to Tybee Island my girlfriends and I couldn't recommend this VRBO more.

Super Fun!

The condo was perfect with a beautiful view and and 2 nice clean pools. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked with all your needs. There were plenty of pans and cooking utensels. Spices, too! (That was a plus) The resturant and bar by the pool was another plus. I would definitely recommend this condo. We enjoyed Tybee Island.

Charming beach condo right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island! The condo was really nice and clean. And you could walk out on the patio and see the ocean. So quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful and perfect location!

This was our first family vacation to Tybee Island and Rhonda’s condo was the best place we could have chosen to stay! Literally steps from the beach and the cleanest, most comfortable home away from home! She even provided a whole binder of recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We tried as many of them as we could and they were all wonderful. The ocean view from the two balconies is the best sight to see though! We would definitely return!

Girls Getaway

We had the best time at Beachside Colony. The resort is in a great location and has all the amenities. Rhonda made the check in process a breeze and was so accommodating. We cannot wait to visit again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family! The condo was spacious & very clean. The decks are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. We really enjoyed the easy beach access making it very easy to walk to the beach each morning to view the stunning sunrise. Great location as well! Highly recommend this property!

Pros & Cons

Pros: Ease of check-in was great! Cleanliness was great, everything was provided, furniture and beds were comfortable, very convenient to beach, fairly quiet. Cons: garbage disposal was smelly, TV remotes were completely mixed up (took about an hour to straighten everything out), and main complaint is the view. The palms appear to have grown significantly since the listing pictures were taken. The only view of the ocean is available when you walk onto the balcony and look to the left. We had freezing temperatures during our stay, so this was not really an option.

Horrible westher

The place would have been great except for the weather - not your fault! It was so windy you couldn’t even walk on the beach. But found some good restaurants and took naps. Would come again, but only in maybe September or April. Looks like a fun place to be!

Perfect family holiday getaway

We are a family of 6, 4 kids 13-20, and my sister. The 7 of us had plenty of space and slept comfortably. There were plenty of blankets and with the washer and dryer we were able to keep our towels washed. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. We enjoyed the view out back, especially the cargo ships coming in and out. Sunrises were spectacular. Location was perfect a short drive or a doable walk to most places on the island. Getting in and out was easy. We loved our home away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Great place for a quiet getaway

Totally enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The public beach access couldn't be closer and we were just steps from the pool, which has a great little restaurant. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

Perfect Place for a Girls Weekend

Excellent place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in while visiting Tybee Island. The condo was clean and spacious. Communication was excellent with the host. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and everything you need!

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need, even a crock pot! I was impressed with how clean it is and that there is hand soap, trash bags, Dawn, and dishwasher tablets all included. Rhonda is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. My only complaint would be the queen mattresses were uncomfortable in the two bedrooms near the front door. Other than that, we love it here and we’ll be back for sure!

We live close to Tybee Island, and enjoy visiting every chance we get! The beach is definitely our 'happy place!' We really enjoy staying in our condos because they are located in a nice, resort area with an on-site restaurant/bar. We always have a great time when we visit! We also love our guests and work very hard to make sure we have 'repeat' rentals from year to year!
I love hosting guests in this condo because I know they will love it as much as we do!! It’s a beautiful place!!!

Located 12 miles from Historic Downtown Savannah and River Street, it is very easy to enjoy the history and culture of Savannah, while staying on Tybee. You can stay very busy or just relax and enjoy the tranquility that Tybee offers!
