The host was very accommodating, the house exceeded expectations, and the view of the lake was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook your own meals. I usually don’t sleep well when traveling but the beds were so comfortable I slept as good if not better than I do at home. Look forward to staying with Rusty again next time we visit Lake of the Ozarks.

Super cozy! Great views of the lake. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and dog. We rented a pontoon boat and docked the slips. My husband and son were able to catch fish each day off the dock and my daughter and l loved to have coffee on the reclining chairs. Very clean, owner is easy to work with and nice wireless .

Great place to stay

The house was in a great location close to many attractions and right on the water. The host was easy to contact and I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Stay

We had so much fun while staying here! The house is right on the water and has BEAUTIFUL views. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. An added perk for us is how dog friendly they were! Highly recommend!

Great spot!

We loved this property with our dogs. The jet ski lift made the water accessible for our dogs and also just great for swimming. The property was clean and owners super accommodating and communicative.

Perfect place for a get away

We had such a great time during our trip to Lake of the Ozarks. This property was as described. Very clean, well kept and in a perfect location on the lake. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Great LOZ vacation

We spent 4 great days at Rusty’s place on the Lake of the Ozarks. It was in a really great location convenient to plenty of shopping and restaurants. We brought our boat so loved having the dock right off the back deck and in a nice cove off the main channel. Rusty is great with communicating and his neighbors and great as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome

We had a great time. The host was great! The house was very clean and the boat dock was awesome. The kids and the dog loved jumping into the lake. Everyone also loved fishing from the dock.

Nice home

Nice home very clean and private but no yard for pet have to climb big hill to walk your dog alot of steps very nice people to rent from right on water and nice boat dock nice place

Great stay at the lake

We had an amazing time staying at this property. 4 kids from 8-16 and 2 dogs. We fished, swam, and boated all around a softball tournament. Overall this was probably one of the better vacations we have had the last few years because of all there is to do on the water. Property owner was great and answered any questions we had and made himself available if we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were super welcoming, and really easy to communicate with from start to finish. Some things, however, were not super clean and well-kept. When we got there, we noticed quite a few dead bugs/dust around. The biggest bummers were finding a used bandage left in the shower from previous guests and some gross stains on the upstairs carpets in both rooms. The stains kind of freaked us out to walk on the carpets in all honesty. We appreciated how kind the hosts were, but the place definitely could use a really good deep clean. We enjoyed the dock and overall we all had a relaxing stay.

We are really dismayed by your description of the property on check-in. Cleanliness is very important to us. Our regular cleaner used helpers for the first time for the cleaning prior to your stay and clearly they did not do an adequate job. We have now made the necessary changes - we have contracted with a new company for this property - and are confident the property is back up to the expected standards for our guests. We are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay and we sincerely apologize for the cleaning issues you raised in your review.

Family

Had a great experience renting this property. Brought our boat and we were able to tube with the kids inside of the cove without needing to go out into the main channel. Owner/manager was very available and attentive. We will rent again. Thanks Rusty :-)

Good Relaxing Time

House was great little tight for my big group but we made it work. Its located in a cove so you could see plenty of others enjoying the lake. One night a band was playing and we could sit on dock and enjoy the music. The outdoor lighting on deck was pretty. Owner was super nice. Doggies loved the big window so were able to see us when on dock
