Mini Family Vacation

We had a great time & the house was immaculate & the furnishings were beautiful. The ocean view was breathtaking & just a short walk to the beach!

New years eve with family

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The view was wonderfully. Our family had a great time.

No Blinds or Curtains on Two Large Windows in Master Bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our only complaint was the lack of blinds or curtains on two large windows in the master bedroom. The significant amount of light coming through made it difficult to sleep, and we also felt uncomfortable dressing due to the lack of privacy, even though the room was on the second floor. We contacted the leasing company twice and were told that the owner did not want to put anything over the windows. Later, we were told we could hang something ourselves as long as no damage was caused, but we did not want to risk being held responsible for any damage. We stayed six nights and temporary sheer paper blinds were finally installed on our last night. Otherwise, the home is beautiful - this was the only issue we experienced. With proper blinds or curtains in the master bedroom, it would be perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description was not entirely right. Technically it is a 4 bedroom 4 bath but the 4th bedroom is not part of the house. It is under the house. I would not have rented it had I known this. We wanted 4 bathrooms on the same level of the house. Also one bedroom had a balcony that you could walk out on however the door's lock was so rust we couldn't open it

“Sandy Par, set the Bar”

My family and I were super impressed at the level of detail this home displayed. From the well stocked kitchen, to the beautiful “themed” decor. It truly felt like a “home away from home.” The mid-deck on the second level was the hang out spot for everyone. It’s very spacious with an amazing view of the beachfront. We even enjoyed watching the turtles swim around in the trench located below. But the private deck on the 3rd level right off the master suit, is the “cherry on top.” Parking was a breeze. There was plenty of room on the property for our 5-6 cars along with 2 rental golf carts (4 seater & 6 seater). The neighbors were very friendly and provided some much needed information about the area. Access to the beach was convenient and easy without any obstacles. Overall, what an amazing property. We had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.
