Great stay close to the beach, plenty of parking and room for trailers if you bring your buggies. Lots of fun things to do around the house. Loved the double porch’s.

The house was beautiful. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Located on a gated street so we felt very safe.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the house was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. And the golf cart was a great add on.

Fantastic trip

Such a wonderful house and had everything we needed. Our hosts were wonderful and they communicated very well. We would definitely book this home again!

Beautiful Home!!!

Beautiful and clean home. Everything was as described. Great location in proximity to the beach making it easy to go back-and-forth. Extremely responsive to all questions we had throughout the stay. We will return and we will rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was super nervous because we live in the country without neighbors and my children are very loud, but they did really well here. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and they loved the downstairs area where they set up their cornhole boards to have tournaments after a day at the beach. This house had everything we needed for 20 people, both adults and children. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. Plenty of sleep space for everyone. Spacious kitchen and living room for large groups and families. Any situation or needs were met by the host in a timely manner. We absolutely loved our stay recommend this place 10/10.

Sewer leaks and Sirens all night

This property was everything it advertised on the surface, however there's some work to be done. As soon as we arrived we were hit with a strong sewage odor. After getting our family settled in we began hearing a non stop siren. We notified the owner who advised us that they were experiencing some issues with their sewer system, and that's the reason the alarm kept going off. Also, the property owner should advise that the location is in a retirement community on the island (about 6 homes in a Cul De Sac), and not recommended for anyone with younger children and teens. For this to be a fairly new property, the build was not constructed properly.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like to address your concerns: Sewage and Alarm: The sewage issue was indeed unfortunate. However, it was a problem with the neighborhood’s main line, not our property specifically. The leak was on the street not on our property or inside the home. As soon as we were informed, we arrived within 10 minutes, despite the late hour (10 PM), and had a crew fix the neighborhood issue the next morning. Neighborhood and Community: Our property is located in a peaceful and friendly community that welcomes all guests. We have had 100% five-star reviews and positive feedback from previous guests. Property Construction: This home is brand new and has consistently received high praise for its quality and amenities. We ensure all our properties are maintained to the highest standards. House Rules: During your stay, we were informed of a large Doberman Pinscher on the property, which is against our home rules. This rule is clearly stated to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Due to the violation, we had to charge a fee of $75 per day. Additionally, multiple house rules were broken, which is a serious concern for us. For this reason, we cannot welcome you back to any of our properties.
