A new Weber gas grill is available as of 7/27 for your outdoor cooking pleasure! Located just steps from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head. Guests at Seascape Villas enjoy the community’s 2 saltwater pools to cool off in after a long day on the island sun. The pools are open year-round but are not heated. Take a leisurely stroll down the shaded paths and 11 miles of lagoon that wind through the community. Walk across the street to spend the day on one of Hilton Head’s beautiful beaches. Make use of the private beach cabana, complete with outside shower and restrooms, exclusive to Seascape Villa guests! No need to come back to your villa once your feet are in the sand, just take a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Seascape Villas are the perfect island treat for your next family vacation!

Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
