Our cheery little Hilton Head villa is the ultimate vacation spot for a small family. In fact, it's our own family getaway, so we take great care in making it ideal for yours, right down to family-friendly books and games. Our Sweet P has colorful coastal décor and comfortable bedding that will surely brighten your mornings, and the private deck is perfect for grilling burgers in the evening and sipping a glass of wine after the kids nod off. In a small residential development with a community pool and tennis court, we’re only a short five minute walk to one of the quietest stretches of beach on Hilton Head Island. A short bike ride (1.5 miles) takes you to Coligny Plaza and you're even close to kid-favorite Lawton Stables in Sea Pines, with its horses and petting zoo! Your days will be filled! Wonderful stay and nice location

We stayed for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. The place is very clean, cozy and exactly as in pictures. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Brian and Grace are great hosts and communicated everything. Kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook few meals while it was raining and when it’s not we spent time cycling around to beach areas, shops and restaurants.We would like to stay here again.

Best location in Hilton Head again!

We love Hilton Head and this property. Beach feels almost private, not crowded a short peaceful shaded walk. Pickle ball, pool, parking, great spot to walk and bike. We love it here!

A Perfect Little Get Away

Sweet P is a bright, happy place! Everything you could need to make yourself comfortable was readily available. Lots of cute touches and decor. Easy walk to beach as well as convenient location for restaurants etc.

Wonderful stay

This place is excellent. Great location, clean property, very private compared to larger beaches. We love this trip. This was our 2nd stay here and there will likely soon be a 3rd.

Nice Stay

The condo was very convenient and in an area that wasn't as congested as some of the places on the island. We found everything clean and in working order. The pool was nice and not crowded most days. Thank you for a nice stay.

Hidden gem!

We loved our stay while at Sweet P by the Sea! It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved the adorable decor inside, the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the furniture. The location on the island is great and just minutes away from everything you could need! Hosts were easy to communicate with and they have everything set up perfectly. Definitely our favorite stay on the island yet!

Great location, perfect trip

This is our third trip to Hilton Head.We love these villas. They have everything on site that a family could want. The beach is right across the road and Sea Pines is right next-door.

We loved Sweet P by the Sea

Sweet P was perfect for my family of 4. Quick walk to the beach, great pool, comfy living space and bedrooms stocked with beach equipment, board games, books and more, we would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect Location

This was our first time in Hilton Head. We loved exploring and found this location great for doing that. Close to the beach, walking trails and many restaurants. The home is well supplied and comfortable. Loved bird watching on the deck and biking around. Host were very helpful! Would stay again 😊

Wonderful!

We loved staying here! The location is so nice - a short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of four. Highly recommend!

July 2024 Stay

This was our fourth time staying at Sweet P and we already have our reservation booked for next summer because we truly can’t imagine not staying here. As always, we loved the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, access to the beautiful pool right out the backdoor, close proximity to a peaceful beach area and the beachy decor. The owners are lovely, very communicative and do everything they can to make sure we have a great stay. So happy we found this little piece of heaven on HHI!

Hilton Head Island Holiday Vacation

"Sweet P by the Sea" exceeded our expectations! The property was located in a private and quiet community across from Sea Pines. The 2-story townhome is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and next to the local biking path. The interior of the property is well-maintained and included all the necessities for our week stay.

Sweet Stay

We had a wonderful time reconnecting with our family at this beautiful, well equipped home! This home was perfectly located on Hilton Head island. A few steps from the deck was the pool and tennis/ pickle ball court. A five minute walk out the front door and we were on the quiet, wide open beach! The house came stocked with all of the appliances and kitchen gadgets you will need for your stay. Communication with the hosts was super fast and easy.

Perfect spot on HHI

Property was exceptional. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Quiet area of Hilton Head with private shaded walkway to what felt like a private beach. Pool, basketball, tennis right out your back door. Assigned parking in front of unit. Great biking and close enough to shopping, restaurants etc. Loved our stay!

Two Week Retreat

We had a wonderful two week stay at Sweet P by the Sea! It is located in a quiet location with a short path to the beach which was not crowded at all, yet you are a short bike (hop on the path at the entrance) or car ride to Coligny if you want to head out or need anything. The complex has a great pool and pickleball/tennis courts if your up for it. The place was exactly as the pictures show. Thanks to the generous hosts for sharing their piece of beach fun.

Early August

This condo is the perfect size for a small family or 2 couples and the location is easily accessible to the ocean and nearby venues. We took advantage of the “community” pool and lovely walking trails! I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed, especially on the stairs. Otherwise, EVERYTHING we needed was provided! We especially appreciated the beach wagon!! Overall, the colorful condo lives up to its “sweet”!

Perfect vacation home!

Wow, I was blown away by how beautifully decorated the property was in person upon opening the door. It truly looks just as gorgeous like the photos. It was super convenient to have the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Loved the shower in the master bath - the water pressure was excellent. We were literally steps away from the pool, which was never too crowded and had a convenient shower to use after returning from the beach. A nice quiet beach was an easy walk away. The owners had a nice collection of recommendations for things to do in the area. And lots of instructions throughout (info on trash pickup, how to properly use the washing machine, etc.). You can tell the owners put a lot of work into making sure you have an excellent stay. We can’t wait to return next year. Thank you Grace and Brian for a fabulous stay on HHI!

Great Location for Little Children

My family and I had a great stay overall. The location is fabulous to walk with little children to the beach. The condo was clean and as described. The problem was that the community pool was “closed” basically all week due to the emergency phone being broken. A requirement that seems outdated in an age where everyone carries a cell phone. There was no health issue with the water and it looked like the phone had been replaced later in the week but the sign remained up. The owners communicated with me and did their best to remedy the problem but it was tough for us because with little children’s’ schedules we couldn’t always walk to the beach. The pool was a major reason for choosing this particular place. I would definitely recommend Sweet Pea by the Sea and hope this issue wouldn’t happen again.
