Wonderful experience. Had everything we needed for our short trip. Kids had a blast with pool, ping pong table, pool table and foosball table.

Great location

We went to NASA camp and this location was ideal. The host was great, property was exactly as advertised. No problems, no issues, no hassles.

Everything was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked with toiletries for a big family, had everything we needed to cook big, family meals. Beds were so comfortable! Close to the beach by driving. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a big family!

Cocoa Beach vacation

We were in town for a week for a softball tournament at the Space Coast Complex. We were nice. A nice short drive to the beach, shopping and dining. The kids loved the pool. I enjoy being within 20 minutes of our destination location

Softball Tournament

We came in town to play in the space coast stadium tournament. Everything was perfect as advertised. We enjoyed our stay myself and nine others.

Loved it!!!

We loved the property. Having a pool table and a swimming pool was absolutely amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds. All of the beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We felt safe and very comfortable. Would love to go back.

Baseball tournament

Property was fantastic. We came for a baseball tournament at Space Coast Complex. The house had everything we needed to fix dinner or breakfast. The pool was clean and a great escape for the kids after long games. The host was so quick to respond when I had questions or needed recommendations for fireworks on the 4th. Would definitely love to come back again!

Everything we needed

We came down with my 4 kids (10-15), my mom, my uncle, and our pups. The house was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. The kitchen was by far the best appointed rental kitchen I've ever had. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the dogs loved the fenced in yard.Naomi was very responsive, and the check in and out processes were simple.The pool was perfect for the onviThe pool

We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of this host. They left us a bottle of wine, plenty enough towels, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for our group of 13. They quickly responded to our questions and we had no real issues with our stay. The pool, foosball, pool table and games provided endless entertainment when we were not at the beach. The house itself was a bit small for a large group. There wasn’t enough space for eating together- neither in the dining room nor out by the pool. And the kitchen is very small as well. But if you are a smaller group or planning to eat out, then this place is great! The drive to Cocoa Beach isn’t bad, just 15-20 mins and it seems that most shopping/ things to do are close by.

Cold pool bad toilet

Heater for pool was inoperable and the pool was so cold my great grand couldn't use. Also the main toilet you can't put toilet paper in it the sign said place in trash

Regarding the pool, we want to clarify that it is not heated and was never advertised as such. We also didn’t receive any inquiries from you prior to booking asking if it was heated nor did you inquire during your stay. For your convenience, our bathrooms are equipped with refreshing bidets! And we also provide a trash can for disposing any additional trash or toilet paper. We want to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay and genuinely appreciate your feedback!
