We had an excellent experience, with straightforward and responsive hosts and a clean, wonderfully stocked kitchen an house. Plateware for tons of guests and all the cooking implements you could need, as well as towels for the hot tub. An excellent stay, and still close to downtown.

Extended family (10 of us) visiting Asheville for the first time. House was everything we needed/expected. Plenty of room for the entire group, space (including bathrooms) was clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything labeled for our convenience. Jessica’s communication was outstanding. She responded to all of my pre/post trip inquiries promptly and helped us to resolve issues (we had to make a date change) and answer any questions we had (she had wonderful and very thoughtful recommendations to help us enjoy our stay).Absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a group of 10 and the house was perfect. Everything was as advertised. Jessica was great to work with. She was very quick with answers to questions. Check-in was a breeze. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

This property was just what we needed for our family of 16 to spend the holiday week together. We enjoyed having two kitchens, plenty of beds and bathrooms, laundry, outdoor balconies, and hot tub. Everything was clean and organized. Easy access to Asheville for shopping, dining, and hiking.

When we arrived, we were happy to see the seclusion of the property, though it is very convenient to all of Asheville. The house was very clean. The first-floor kitchen had all shelves labeled and filled with everything we needed for cooking. We did not use the downstairs kitchen, but it was equally stocked.All the rooms were nicely decorated. The basement level was great for a family with children because of the bunkbed room and available games.I especially thought the outdoor area with the fire pit was a nice addition to the house. There was plenty of outdoor space for just sitting and relaxing in the open air surrounded by woods and landscaping.

Awesome Place

Such a peaceful relaxing place. The house was super clean, full of amenities (the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen) and the setting is quiet and serene. The manager is extremely responsive and accommodating.

Amazing Asheville Property

Our stay was amazing at Jessica's home. We had 14 adults with more than enough room for all of us to comfortably sleep and live. Jessica was super accommodating with check in and check out. The house was very clean and well stocked. Super convenient to downtown and ubers were readily available. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family reunion of 9 had a fantastic time in this home. Jessica was phenomenal to work with and was very attentive to our needs. The internet was down most of our stay and she contacted Spectrum cable on multiple occasions and they came to the home twice during our stay to work on the issue and by the end of our visit we believe it was resolved. The home was beautiful and fully furnished especially both kitchens with cookware as well as paper products, coffees and teas, spices, and most everything to get a meal started except the main ingredients. We had a lot of rain the week we were there so we were not able to use the outside facilities as much as we would have liked such as the hot tub and the outside seating area with the fireplace. If children come there are balance bikes, dishes, playground, toys and bedding appropriate for them. This house has something for everyone. Asheville is a great place to visit and Jessica's recommendations for restaurants were spot on. We stopped at Sunny Point Cafe on the way out of town and are really glad we did. It was the first Michelin rated restaurant we have eaten at in our lifetime. Also, highly recommend Tops for Shoes - great customer service and a fantastic selection and also Curate in downtown Asheville was a fun tapas restaurant while you are there.

Beautiful home, beautiful area, super great place to stay!

An awesome and beautiful ornate home, with so much to do and so much to see inthe area. Every bedroom is meticulously planned and beautiful-spacious. The kitchens are beyond what we need to cook for so many people. The playroom and hot tub are great as well and the backyard with the fire pit is gorgeous, those were too cold to use for the most part. We'll definitely return again and the host themselves are great people and courteous!!

Amazing property that was perfect for our friend’s reunion. Bedrooms on different floors so everyone could have space as needed. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor decks and sitting areas as well as the whirlpool. Easy access to downtown and Biltmore Estate. Jessica was a wonderful and informative host providing lots of information on the house and surrounding area. Hope to stay here again sometime!!
