East 704 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventh floor, East 704 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront poolsand much more. East 704’s perfect for any family, and don’t forget you’ve got a front row seat to a panoramic sunrise every morning and sunset every evening!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. For added convenience this condo offers secure WIFI.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray, DVD, and VHS players, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen HD-TV with a DVD player, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen HD-TV with a DVD player, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
