We absolutely loved staying here! It was a perfect quiet spot for our family and easy access to the beach and bay! Would love to stay again another time.

Excellent location with everything you need within walking distance. Communication with Surf Side was quick and seemless. Would definitely recommend!

What a nice stay. With 4 adults and two children we were very comfortable. It was nice to have on sir parking large enough for two vehicles. We walked to the bay and the beach with all the toys and it was very easy

We loved our stay! Beds were comfy, air conditioning was great, kitchen well appointed and living space was comfortable and classy. Excellent location steps from the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Beautiful sunrise from the deck in the morning and then see the sunset glow in the evening. One recommendation is to add towel hooks in the master bath.

Great location. Easy walk to ocean and Mission beach. Well stocked kitchen. Clean safe, quiet neighborhood.

Great location, house was clean and had everything you would need. Loved that we were not responsible for part of the cleaning once checking out. We have stayed at others where we had to start the laundry and take out the trash. Only downfall would be the amount of stairs to get to the living areas.

Great location, had all the beach items we needed, beds are wonderful and we had a wonderful time visiting over the 4th of July holiday!

Everything was very clean and the property was in great condition. Only thing I would add is a curtain or blinds on the patio door to reduce glare when trying to watch tv.

This Penthouse did not disappoint. It looks just like the pictures. Very clean. It was Awesome that all of the rooms had their own climate control. The location was a prime spot. Mission Bay & Mission Beach within steps from the front door. Planning many more stays at this Gorgeous Penthouse.

The rental included all necessitites though it was lacking in some niceties, such as towel racks in master bath (picky). It is 30 steps from garage/front door to living area. Garage is TIGHT (but dedicated clean parking provided) and includes some basic beach items (chairs, cooler, toys)! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen, while City tight, had all the essentials. Highly recommend for access to both Bay & Oceanside and only 15 - 20 minute drive to SeaWorld, Old Town, Zoo, etc.

Thank you so much for your feedback Verlyn! Housekeeping provides (at minimum) 8 sets of bath towels, washcloths and hand towels for the max occupancy of the home. This home also comes with a washer and dryer should you need to wash any linens/towels during your stay! :)

As described

We had a full size car which was a challenge to park in the garage. Garage is super tight and pretty much no off street parking available. House was very nice and clean. Very quiet area.
