Wonderful place to stay...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this weekend. Everything was clean, well kept, and up to date. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating to eat and relax, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stay in several rental properties each year, and this will be a favorite!

House was perfect size.

Perfect size for our needs, open kitchen and living room was great for large family meals, with seating in kitchen area for 16.

Perfect for Family Groups

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and as advertised. The smaller kids enjoyed the hot tub! The room downstairs was perfect for all the kids to sleep and they loved having their own space. We were in town for a family wedding and it was great having us all together! Thanks!

Excellent

This was a wonderful experience for our family. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had a lot seasonings and basics needed for cooking. The property manager was friendly and very accommodating.

Family vacation in Park City

House was as advertised, clean, comfortable & everything worked as it should! Convenient location to downtown Park City, Lake Jordanelle and other locations we had on our to do list. Neighborhood has a community pool, with decent workout room, pool & ping-pong table; there are several "mini -parks" great for the under 7 crowd sprinkled throughout the development. Management company was easy to work with but needs a little better grip on what's included with house - example house has a pack & play but we were told it didn't. Also no pool towels (we left you two) and kitchen could use a few more pots, pans & serving dishes. Only reason we give it a 4 instead of a 5.

Thanks for staying with us, Mark! We're glad you enjoyed this beautiful home. The owners did not buy a pack-n-play so it may have been left behind by a guest. Pool towels are not provided by the owner. There are lots of bath towels in the home as well as a washer & dryer with provided laundry detergent so it's an easy issue to work around. We hope you used the clubhouse pool during your stay. We'd be happy to have you back any time!

Nice Property

The property fit our group configuration well. Only downside is that it is pretty far out from Park City town. The hot tub was scolding hot so beware when getting in. We tried to turn down temp but it didn't seem to cool down at all. But it was nice to have a working hot tub. The downstairs is really cold. There isn't a temp control for that area but they do have a lot of warm blankets in all the bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Grappa for dinner. As well as the Snowed Inn Sleighride dinner. We also went to Twisted Fern and it was terrible food. I highly recommend the Woodward Tubing Park as well as snowmobiling through Park City Peaks.

Great location and room for a crowd

Lovely property, great location, comfortable space, well appointed kitchen, loved the hot tub. Our only issue was the WiFi. Unstable and not enough band width to accommodate basic tasks. Frustrating for those trying to keep up with work and ski. Luckily the WiFi at the clubhouse was better.

The owner recently updated speeds and other guests have had great connectivity. We'll certainly troubleshoot and get to the bottom of the issue. Thanksgiving get together

We had 12 adults enjoy this home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a nice home. With 6 couples coming to stay at the home, the fact that parking in the street isn’t allowed was an inconvenience. There is room for 4 cars in the garage and driveway so we had to park the other cars down out of the neighborhood and shuttle people to the home. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cooking utensils, seasonings, and dishes. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t producing much ice so we needed to buy bagged ice. Bedrooms were nice and everyone slept well. The ground level bathroom had the only tub and the drain was clogged so that was a problem we didn’t enjoy. Management had made it clear that due to it being a holiday there probably wouldn’t be people around to come and fix problems so we just used the other showers. For the most part, it was a nice place. It’s just nice to have things in working condition when you pay what it costs to rent a home for your family to vacation in.

Thank you for staying at our Retreat 1113 home! The home clearly advertises the parking situation so it is understood prior to reserving. Most communities will not allow street parking in the winter due to snow plow access. An ice maker is not advertised at this home. We are sorry to hear the drain was running slow. Maintenance items can certainly arise from time to time. As our staff also wanted to enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, we were available for emergencies only on the Thanksgiving holiday itself. We were, however, readily available and willing to assist with any other maintenance items on the other days of the stay. Thanks again for staying.

Nice Place

Nice place, however needs some minor repairs -- broken paper holder in bathroom. We enjoyed our time here. Clubhouse and pool were a definite plus.

So much room!

We celebrate Christmas 2020 with a large family group (ages 0-74), and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home!

We will be back!!!

This property was so beautiful! Lots of open living space, with room for 12 of us, without feeling crowded!!! It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I can't say enough about the Property Management. I emailed with several questions (not concerns) and they responded quickly each time - usuall within about 5 minutes. We will definitely be returning - it was everything we needed!!!!

World Champion style accomodation

The athletes of the German Snowboard team stayed here during the World Championships in Park City. It set the perfect mood for our team and was a relaxing experience during a very stressful time. Our team loved the house and slept well enough to go on and win 4 medals at the World Championships including the Gold Medal in Womens Parallel Giant Slalom.

PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect home for a ski trip in the Park City area! This house is truly spectacular and there is not one complaint that any of my friends and I had about it. It is spacious, extremely well maintained, brand new and it is stocked with everything that is needed in a rental home and then some. We particularly loved the hot tub right in the backyard as well as the proximity to multiple amazing ski resorts! The listing description is also very accurate. The rental process was also very professional and seamless. Anyone that I spoke with in the “Vacation Rentals Park City” office was very friendly, helpful and upfront. The literature provided for check out procedure etc. was also very well done. I would highly recommend this home as well as working with the “Vacation Rentals Park City” Management Company.
