My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were 8 of us. All the rooms are private. Almost all the rooms have their own bathroom. The outside is the best part. Right on the intracoastal, it’s just beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. We will be back.

This is a fabulous vacation property. The kayaks can use some repair and an easier way to get them launched into the water. We had a wonderful trip!

House was great. 6 adults, 5 kids and there were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Would definitely recommend. Good restaurants nearby and a ten minute drive to Delray Beach. It was the perfect house for our first Florida baseball tournament.

I hosted my children, grandchildren and siblings at different times during my one month stay. While we really enjoyed the view and outdoor area, including the sparkling, heated pool, the home is in need of TLC. We appreciated the 6 bedrooms and baths, the linens were clean and plentiful. We had an issue with refrigerator, toilets and stove. Issues were addressed quickly. The living room ceiling leaked during rain, the curtain rod was loosely attached and the dining table had large, deep crack. There were alot of positives, the negatives did not deter from our vacation.

Great location and beautiful view. Open dining and living room, small kitchen. Kitchen is equipped well with anything you might need. Dining table seats 8, which was great for the 4 couples. Heated pool, but cold wave during our visit, so couldn’t take advantage of it. Host responded quickly when heat wasn’t working. Had a guy to us in a couple hours and fixed the problem , people which was much appreciated.

Great House!

We loved our recent stay at this place. Several couples stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The house has plenty of room for all copues to have their own bed/bath and the outside deck is just great - It's where we spent most of our time - heated pool was great and its so close to the beach and restaurants.

Very happy with this property!

The house has a great waterfront position with a beautifully updated and spacious deck - terrific for relaxing outside! The bedrooms all have ensuites and are very comfortable. While there are 6 bedrooms, we only needed 4, which worked out well as we could skip the smallest and the twin room! We really enjoyed our stay!
