We had a great time, the place was awesome. We caught fish in the back yard! Plenty of room for people and parking. We would definately stay again.

Pictures need to be updated. Property no longer looks the same. House has a lot of issues that need repaired. East side of the dock is unusable, the beam supporting it is about to snap. Outside shower handle just spins. Sliding glass doors have locks that don’t work or missing handles. Front door is extremely difficult to lock/ unlock. There’s water damage in the master bedroom. Road to the home was under construction, sometimes took 30 minutes to go a quarter mile. We couldn’t use the driveway and had to walk through an active job site with kids every time we wanted to leave. Not the owners fault but they offered no compensation for the extreme inconvenience. Definitely not worth what we paid or thought we were getting. Pool table is there but not in good enough shape to play a game.House was not ready at check in.View was nice

Great location

Loved the ease of staying there and the outdoor entertaining space/pool area the best. Bathrooms updated and beds comfortable, game rooms fun! lots of seating in living/dining open space.

Unbelievable property, our stay on this waterfront property was absolutely amazing! The hosts were easily contacted and responsive to our questions and requests. The home and outdoor living spaces were exactly as pictured in the posting. Family friendly and very spacious.

We had a good time and the house was good. It could use new pots and pans. Also the neighborhood was not as outstanding as I expected. Overall GOOD RATING

Great location for boats and jetskies

Beautiful 5 bedroom home. Pool, hot tub and dock. Calming, sleek and modern decor on inside. Host response was within hours and you do not feel like your bothering the host. Beach toys galore!!! Kayaks, bikes and accessories for babies and children!!!! Pool table. Pool shower with a full bath access to pool. THANKS Gary and Brandon, from Bohanon family!!!

Outstanding Property!

We had an amazing time! We walked in the front door, and we didn't leave by the front door until it was check-out day. We brought a boat and put it in at the very convenient boat ramp nearby. The kitchen and grilling area was perfect for making our own breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Everyone loved the view and the breeze out back. Teens loved kayaking, and everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock. There is a bait store right by the entrance of the neighborhood. 10/10, will definitely return!

"Antique" isn't quite the word I would use - JANKY is the word that comes to mind. If you are expecting a beautifully appointed waterfront home, with all of the amenities offered working....this isn't the place for you. The best thing about this home is the view...it is beautiful. But if you are expecting toilets to work when you arrive, that wasn't the case. 2 of the 5 toilets were stopped up and 1 was constantly running. Home doesn't have an ice maker, which I thought strange. Pool and hot tub were cold and had to get in touch with owner on several items. They dispatched a maintenance man that ended up being at the home for 5 hours fixing everything from the plumbing, loose refrigerator door that we thought would fall off (it was held on by an outside screw) and pool heater that wasn't working. It was 3 days before we could use the hot tub and the pool never heated during our trip. Furniture is worn, broken and the decor is from Dollar Tree. They did have nice pots and pans. There was duck tape over outlets with "X's" on them. The desk in the kitchen didn't have an outlet, so we requested an extension cord, so we could work at that desk - the owners did bring us one. The kitchen desk was propped up with a large metal vase, which i guess was fine -- but you certainly don't feel like you are staying in an upscale home. We attempted to use the bikes, tires were flat -- not a problem they did have a pump but tires wouldn't hold air after we pumped them up.

The home is accurately represented in our listing as a well-loved waterfront property with a unique character, and we take guest comfort seriously.
