This recently renovated 2B/1B house is centrally located between St. George Island and Apalachicola. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has twin bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. There is a dehumidifier in the living area that will need to be emptied daily. A large gravel parking area gives plenty of space for boat parking. This house shares a driveway with Dolphin View House #1 & #2.

Exactly what I needed. Close to the bay and fishing. Cold a/c and plenty of space to park the boat and truck. Would rent again

Everything was as listed! We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and my daughter and her husband stayed 2 nights. There was plenty room for parking and the air conditioner worked great. Natalie was very helpful and attentive. It was convenient to the beach at St George Island and shopping was great at Appalachiacola! We will definitely be back again.

Great stay

Came to town with a couple of co-workers to work on our property over the bridge in Apalachicola and stayed 2 nights. Cute little house tucked away off the highway. House was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the small screened in porch was a cozy spot to watch the lightning storm out over the water at night. Perfect for what we needed.

Quiet cottage feel

Quiet cottage feel. Very clean. Short drive to St George and Apalachicola. Can walk to nearby restaurant.

The Dolphin House

It's conveniently located and easily accessible. The parking is great, especially if you drive a truck. We had the opportunity to stay in #1 and #3.The houses are well equipped, pleasant and clean. The host was very friendly and definitely goes above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Cute little place!

When we got there it was so cute and right across from the gulf. We got right in and it was clean and she had set up a few accommodations we had asked. The renter was very quick to respond and helped us with whatever we neede. 15 min from dt Apalachicola. Very cute and small town!

Great little house away from home…

Very clean and well kept home. Ample room for those days that the weather doesn’t cooperate. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The seating in the living area is the only thing that was a slight issue. Weather not permitting us to go outdoors, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all. We did enjoy our stay and a huge thank you to the host for going above and beyond!! We will rent again.

This place was a decent enough place to spend a couple of nights. During the day we met friends at a house they rented on St. George. I wouldn’t want to stay here and just hang out. It is a manufactured home. The AC worked OK, but it got stuffy in the back room. Also the one room is listed as a king room but it’s definitely not a king bed. I think it was a queen. Some people might think the bed was pretty comfortable, but it was too soft for me. This is one of three houses on one big lot and this one is in the back. If dolphin house number two leaves their porch light on it shines through the bedroom window at night making it lighter in the room. The ceiling is low, I think 7 feet (I’m 5’7” and could touch it without standing on my toes). But it was clean and had a decent supply of towels, soap, etc. We didn’t really use the kitchen. Location makes it easy to get to Apalachicola and St George Island.

A great value for the location! Will definitely book again. Also note that this property is part of a three home “compound”. Perfect for a large group that wants to travel together but still have their own spaces.

Natalie was very accommodating and very helpful. She made great recommendations for us to visit that we enjoyed. The house very clean and the AC came in handy during our stay. Hope to go back soon.
