We were pleased with the accuracy of the description of the property. We enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the local restaurants and sights. The people in area were very friendly, and we enjoyed meeting the locals. We will definitely make future plans to visit again.

The townhome was clean and comfortable, located in a great viewing spot to see the bay and our host had everything we needed for our stay available for us. It could not have been any nicer!

The house was nicely decorated and clean. Weather ended up being a little cold and we want to come back a little later in the spring next time.

Great little townhouse condo with a private fishing dock. We brought our toddler & baby down to visit family and the front porch had a baby gate along with another inside for the stairs which was great for keeping my baby safe from the stairs. Only a mile from the piggly wiggly and less than 5 minutes from downtown which has several restaurants and a great coffee shop Apalachicola Chocolate & Coffee Company. About 30 minutes from the beach on St. George Island east of the property and about 20 minutes west is another smaller more private beach near Salinas Park off of Cap San Blas Rd in Port Saint Joe, Florida. We had a wonderful trip and the host was always quick to respond with any questions I had.

The townhouse is only about two miles from Apalachicola town center. It was very clean and comfortable, well equipped. It’s set back from 98, so traffic noise is evident, but not particularly bothersome. The beach area across the road is not good for swimming, but has a nice dock for views, etc.and there are plenty of nice beaches around. We preferred the state park on St. George Island. Lots of great places to eat, our favorites were The Owl, The Franklin(Gibson House), The Pomodoronear Port St. Joe, and Izzy’s just .9 mile walk from the house. We would stay again!

A true Apalachicola gem

The condo was first rate. The view from the decks of the bay were outstanding with sightings of pelicans, egrets, hawks, dolphins and eagles just to name a few. The area is wonderful with its history and quaint shops downtown. Centrally located to all the panhandle has to offer. The owner is such a great person! We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. All the amenities were functional. We were able to get all of the games we wanted to watch on the provided services. We do wish there was a TV in the master bed room that would provide all the services available on the downstairs TV. The neighbors were great and the town of Apalachicola is a nice place to relax and the people of the town were warm and inviting.

Enjoyed my stay overall. The host was very welcoming and attentive. The property itself exceeded my expectations, it was exceptionally clean and provided more than enough space. My only concern was the phone call from next door neighborhood advising how many people that came with me to “check in”. This type of action could prevent a lot of people from wanting to stay on your property due to it appearing as if the neighbor is people watching.

The neighbor actually saw your group on the dock and was curious (hence the call to me) as he tries to keep non-guests off the dock. I’m sorry for the confusion. I’m glad you enjoyed our property!
