Everything was perfect. The owner was very easy to communicate with. They thought of everything the guest might need to feel comfortable and be at home. It was my husband and I , our Granddaughter and her fiancé and our small dog. Nobody had any complaints or wished the house had something. Very relaxing and all of us are already planning another trip. I loved sitting on the deck this morning looking towards the water drinking my coffee and just enjoying the surroundings.

Awesome house! We came for a long weekend fishing trip and this was perfect. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend.

Not familiar with Eastpoint but being a Floridian from Tarpon Springs needed get away from hurricane damageelectric grid at our home.this location was super.House was clean and comfortableHosts were easy to communicate with.Nice

This house was just right for us. The master king-size bed was firm and so comfortable. The kitchen had enough dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for us and everything in the house was well-kept and clean. The location was so convenient. We even walked the 1/3-block to the water on Saturday night to watch the Cape Canaveral rocket launch! The communication and prompt responses from Nicole were the BEST! She was so helpful with every question and the check-in and -out were each a breeze! There were plenty of bath towels, dish towels, and dish-cleaning supplies. We brought our own laundry detergent (there might have been some but we did not see it) and beach towels (but there were 3 nice ones by the back entrance). There were several low beach chairs and one umbrella available for the beach. The carport was nice to park under, especially with the August heat. We would definitely rent here again.

We loved staying at this property. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Quiet area. Hosts were very attentive. Only reason we gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because we would have preferred being able to set AC colder. It is controlled to not be set cooler than 71 and we like it cooler after hot days on the beach and on the boat.

Hey Candy. So sorry to hear. I wish I would have known as we could have adjusted the settings. Its a new unit installed this year and the technician configured the settings. A/C in Florida is a must. Glad you otherwise had a good stay. -Randi

Wonderful getaway! Perfect location, house is so clean and we feel comfortable and safe there. So thankful to be able to bring our dog with us. Hosts are wonderful. Definitely plan to return!

My two girlfriends and I had a short girls trip to the St George Island area, and this house was perfect! Price, location, comfort, safety and so much more! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay!!!

Coastal Simplicity was the perfect spot for our stay in Eastpoint. Close to the island for beach fun, but quiet and laid back in a nice community. The home is beautiful and set up with everything we didn't think to pack. We enjoyed a fire on the deck and coffee on the porch with the water view. Definitely recommend!

Birthday and Mother's day

This house was very nice and cozy. I wouldn't change a single thing! The wind chimes made it so peaceful and relaxing. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Vacation Stay

Awesome house in a great location. Wish I could rate cleanliness higher than 5 stars. Host communication was excellent. Easily accommodated all our requested changes to include a last minute date change due to westher. Eill definitely stay here again.

Relaxing visit to the Forgotten Coast

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents enjoyed our stay at the house. The communication with the host prior to booking, before our stay, and during our stay was excellent. The house was well maintained and comfortably fit all 6 of us. It’s a great location for exploring Franklin county. We loved the area and enjoyed the Florida coast without the crowds.

Great Getaway

We had a great little 3 night getaway! Home was very clean and owner extremely accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed the area. We limited out on redfish each day just from fishing on the shore bayside! Also caught a few trout and flounder! We will definitely be back and hope the home is available for our next stay!

Amazing home and Great location

We had an absolute amazing stay at this beautiful home. Close to everything, and at a very reasonable price. The owners were very responsive, and really cool people. We definitely will stay at this house again not only because of how clean and stocked the house was but because they also allowed our fur baby. It's also in a great neighborhood as well. I really can't say enough great things about this property. Thank you for such a memorable and fun stay! You guys really went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic 😊

Quiet Getaway

This adorable house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. We came up for work and were only a minute away from our jobsites. Our host, Randi was awesome! Communication was great and he responds right away no matter what time it was. Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend this house :)
