The pool is maintained between approximately 83–85 degrees and the spa at approximately 102 degrees; those temperatures are not reduced during the week. We’re sorry if they did not feel as warm as expected during your visit. Regarding the beach conditions, unfortunately the firmness and condition of the sand can change naturally with tides, weather, and Gulf conditions, and that is outside of our control. We do appreciate your comments about the shower controls. We understand that some fixtures may not be immediately intuitive, and we will have our team review the shower valves and look at adding clearer operating instructions for future guests. We’re also sorry the elevator issues caused additional frustration and long waits during your stay, particularly while staying on the 12th floor. We understand how inconvenient that can be. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify where clearer communication and improvements can make the guest experience better.
