We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this rental. The villa was perfect for our needs it checked off every box: lodging, convivence, location to pool & hot tub was just steps away. Enjoyed our nights sitting outside on the patio chairs right next to the woods. Lots of space for 2 families to enjoy. If we find our way back to CO we will defiantly want to book this spot again.

Thanks so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad the villa was a great fit for both families and that you enjoyed having the pool and hot tub just steps away. Sitting out on the patio next to the woods sounds like a pretty great way to spend the evenings! We’d be happy to have you back if you make your way to Colorado again.

Fantastic Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderfully appointed townhouse in a great location! We had a full house with two families, but there was plenty of room for everyone. We never took the shuttle, but it is only 3 houses down. We drove to Mountain House every morning and because the townhouse is east of the resort we avoided ALL resort traffic.

Nice stay overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property as described, but no trundle bed. Cleanliness mostly good, except noticed crumbs under kitchen table and areas under the couch and recliners need to be cleaned of debris. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook with and serve a meal. Need to buy everything to make a meal. Lots of room for our family of 7, but only 6 chairs for table. Kids enjoyed the small pool and exploring nearby Snake River. Reported some maintenance issues to management upon arrival, and they responded right away. Property in a nice setting, but rentals mixed with permanent residents, so need to be quiet.
