We’ve recently lowered our fall and winter rates, making now the perfect time to plan a relaxing beach escape, family getaway, couples’ trip, or Charleston adventure.

Enjoy peaceful walks on the beach, beautiful sunrises, cool coastal evenings, and all the charm of Folly Beach — with historic downtown Charleston just a short drive away.

Our spacious beach home is only steps from the beach, giving you the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the coast without peak-season prices.

***PLEASE NOTE

Upon booking, the individual that books the property will be asked to provide a copy
of their driver's license, as well as, the first and last names, and ages of ALL guests
staying in our home during the rental period.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only!

June 1 - November 30 is Hurricane Season. We do not offer weather related refunds.
If a state mandated evacuation of Folly Beach is ordered by the State of South
Carolina, we will be happy to reschedule your vacation.

Loved everything about this house! Our only complaint is that the air conditioner was not working very well. It was a steady 78 degrees the entire weekend. Hosts were lovely and the house was clean and right on the beach. We would stay here again!

Perfect for our family beach vacation! Great space for everyone, and so close to the beach. We loved enjoying the screened in porch! House had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

This was a great stay for a large group! There was enough room for a group of 10 to stay comfortably. The communication from the owners was great! In addition, the property was right across the street from the beach and in such a great location. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for us! Well equipped, spacious, comfortable beds and great location. None of us wanted to leave! Will definitely book a stay in the future. Adults and teens all enjoyed the game room.

Great location, just a couple of hundred feet from the beach.

This place is not fancy, but is fantastically located near the 10th East beach entrance and has 5 bedrooms that can fit a lot of people--perfect for our family reunion.

Family staying for Charleston wedding

A group of 10 adult family members stayed for a long weekend for a wedding in Charleston. The house was great for our needs - plenty of room, plenty of parking, close to beach, easy to get to Charleston.

Folly Retreat

We come every year in Feb to Folly (and hope to get this house) for our choir retreat. We loved our stay. Great communication with and from the owners!

Great Property

This is a great property on Folly. We enjoyed the multiple bedrooms, game room, and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Highly Recommend staying here.

When we first vacationed in Folly Beach, we fell in love. We are a part of a large family from Michigan and this has been a dream of ours to own a vacation home on this beautiful island. We put a great deal of TLC into renovating this home so families can have a place to gather, slow down and reconnect.
Our family would personally like to invite you to share our home and fall in love with Folly Beach the way we did many years ago.

You are only 200 steps to the beach and 9 blocks to Center Street, where you can eat, shop and visit the acclaimed Bert's Market! (Open 24/7/365)
