The kitchen was well stocked and clean we used the grill outdoors and the firepit was great each evening. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for the children to run and play. Everyone enjoyed fishing, the fish were HUGE and catch and release was fun for all. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to all.

The area is very quite parking is driveway right next to house. House is nice size bathrooms have everything you need. Kitchen has most things you need to make meals. House is close to Savannah and Tybee Island wish was nice.

Lovely property. Highlight for kids was catching a fish. Well maintained and comfortable accommodations. Great location for Tybee Island and Savannah.Enjoyed our stay.

We loved our vacation here!

My group of 8 loved our stay at this property! It was a lovely location, was very clean, and went above and beyond with amenities (kitchen appliances, spices, coffee, grill, fire pit, etc). The birds, fish, and turtles were really fun to watch in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

We stayed for a week with our two kids and other family. Very central location, easy to get around. Quiet neighborhood.

Savannah weekend

We were in Savannah for a friend's wedding and with 4 kids ranging from 7 to 14 needed something more than a hotel room. This property fit our needs beautifully! Short drive downtown, fishing right from the backyard and bike trails right around the corner!

The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room in the driveway for an SUV and pick up truck. The check in process was very easy. The host just txted me the code to the front door and was simple to enter the home. The house was clean and well appointed. There is a TV in every room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal, including spices. The backyard was great for relaxing at any time. There is a covered deck and a fire pit area with seats to enjoy. We had three adults staying in the house and there was more than enough room. There is plenty of room for a large family to stay there. The location is within 10 minutes to downtown Savannah. The host was easy to communicate with during the stay. We had a problem with one of the showers and they fixed it within a few hours. We all enjoyed our stay here.

This house was beautiful. The back yard butted up against a gorgeous lake full of animal life (not a swimming lake) and had a nice deck right off the back of the house. The back yard had a fire pit and grill. The host was very accommodating and the communication was great. The house was in prime location, 20 minutes from Tybee Island and 20 minutes from Savannah. It was close to many restaurants as well. The host also supplied everything needed plus some (a ping pong table) to make our stay wonderful.PLEASE NOTE.. THE ROOM WITH THE BUNK BEDS ARE FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS 165 LBS OR LESS. THIS WAS NOT NOTED IN THE ROOM DESCRIPTION BUT UNDER "ESSENTIONALS" "UNDER LINEN". ALSO NOTE...OUR VISIT WAS SEPTEMBER OF 2026. THERE WAS DEFINATE FOUNDATION ISSUES WITH ROTTED FLOORBOARDS THROUGHOUT THE STRUCTURE. IT LOOKED LIKE THE HOST TRIED TO HIDE THIS PROBLEM WITH RUGS. THE HOST WHEN INFORMED BY US ABOUT THIS ISSUE STATED THEY WOULD HAVE A CONTRACTOR OUT TO REPAIR. ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY OWNER A FEW SPOTS WERE REPAIRED AND THEY WOULD BE REPAIRING THE REST OF THE FLOOR ONCE THEY DETERMINED WHERE THE WATER WAS COMING FROM. PLEASE TAKE CAUTION IN RENTING THIS HOME UNTIL DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED TO SHOW THAT THE STRUCTURE IS SAFE FOR HABITATION.

Awesome Visit to Savannah!

Stayed here with a group of girl scouts visiting the birthplace of girl scouting - Savannah! This house is great! Girls all shared the bunk bed room and each adult had their own room. The view from the deck is very pretty. The house is set up as a rental which is great - you don't feel like you are staying in someone else's house. Everything is labeled so you know where to find it. Very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The drive to town is about 20 min and we never had trouble finding good parking. We easily parked three cars at the rental house as well. Communication with owner was very clear and fast.

We enjoyed spending a week here! Beautiful, well-stocked house, perfectly located between Savannah and Tybee Island. Our kids loved being able to fish and catch HUGE fish in the lake in the backyard. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had too. Neighbors were nice too.
