We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds, close enough to the energy of the Strip, but far enough to actually relax. It's tucked into a quiet, well-kept residential area where you'll see families walking their dogs in the morning and hear nothing but calm in the evening.
What sealed it for us was the first time we visited at sunset: the sky turned a soft orange, the palm trees cast long shadows across the rooftops, and for a moment, it didn’t feel like Vegas, it felt like home.
We loved that you could drive 10 minutes one way and be at a show, casino, or restaurant and 10 minutes the other way and find parks, local bakeries, or just open sky. It’s not a touristy pocket; it’s a comfortable, safe, everyday community which makes coming back from a busy day on the Strip feel like a true reset.
Guests tell us the same thing: they’re surprised how peaceful it feels while still being right next to everything.
