Spring Break

Had a great time in Mountain Beach. Get the 30A vibes in an area less crowded. Close walk to the beach, convenient food spots, and my kids loved the ice cream and donut shops! Red Fish Village was quiet and the pool was great. WiFi was spotty in the apartment, but otherwise it was a good spot for our family vacation.

Just the weekend getaway we all needed!

I absolutely loved this place! It was perfectly decorated with everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to bakeries, ice cream, tacos, drinks, and live music!! The private beach access sealed the deal! Not crowded at all considering the location on 30A! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This vacation was what my family needed! Free bonfire yes free. Clean and beautiful condo and the best mattresses. We will return.

Excellent time

This condo was very peaceful and welcoming. Managers were helpful. Its close to a lake and the beach. The onsite pools were never overcrowded and we enjoyed them. 2 minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

Great condo excellent stay.

No issues with the rental process. The level of communication was great. I would rent a property from this management company again. Condo was spotless.

Excellent will book again!

Great family get together! The property was PERFECT for the occasion. The pool was fantastic, the layout of the condo worked for our needs, and the kitchen was a perfect place to gather. I don't think the TV was turned on at all. We had a birthday during our stay and 30a Beach Girls surprised us with a cake!

Unit was fine, but lacking in some items. No cutting board, no potholders, lids didn’t match pots and towel rack broken in bathroom. One complimentary amenities kit had everything in it, about 6-8 items. Other kit had only 2 random items. Overall, not a bad unit, but lacking in some areas.

We had a little bit of a rocky start, Garage pin did not match pin provided, had issues with door pin and instructions on how to open front door, then door would not lock. We called the number provided and within a couple of minutes, we had a great FaceTime with maintenance team who walked us thru the instructions on how to open and close the door. A garage maintenance person (James) provided us with the correct garage pin. He was super helpful. All in all, the place was great, good location to the beach, dining within walking distance. We used the heated pools (2) everyday of our stay. It is a very family friendly place to stay. This place had a lot of other amenities, grills, playground, lounge area. Clean rooms and extras. Staff was very friendly also. Communication with the owners was also great. We would definitely come back and also recommend this facility to others.

Great Condo!

Would highly recommend. Convenient to the beach and unit came with a great beach wagon to make transporting our gear a breeze. Enjoyed the refreshingly cool pool after the beach. Suggest you hit up the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery across the street - amazing ice cream.

Loved Smurf Mountain.

This is the perfect place to stay in Blue Mountain. With easy walking distance to pool right downstairs, beaches literally can see them, dining, ice cream and shopping. Condo was very clean. Hosts communicated very well. We will return.

Great time!

We had a delightful stay in a beautiful condo. The shuttle was great but was in walking distance to the beach. The condo was spacious and well equipped and maintained. We loved the bonfire 30a beach girls had.

Best family vacay EVER1

This is year five at Red Fish Village and Smurf Mountain has been the best unit thus far. The location is perfect and we had all the amenities we needed. Renting from 30A Girls is always a pleasure.

Great time, thank you!

Great condo, in a great location. Photos in listing were accurate, and it was just as cute and clean in person. I'm allergic to artificial fragrance, so I really appreciated that there was no perfume-y smells from air fresheners or laundry detergent. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some. So that was really nice. Having covered parking came in handy on rainy days, and the pool was a plus on double red flag days. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great Location

We enjoyed Blue Mountain, Gulf Place, Grayson Beach & Seaside. The condo is close to the beach, just a short walk. I would recommend renting a golf cart & bikes. We also rented a pontoon boat for a day and went to Destin. Great long weekend!

What a great spot!

We came for a respite from social distancing in Atlanta Smurf Mountain was squeaky clean. Lovely amenities and beautiful sunset view. Plenty of space to spread out for our family of 4. Heidi and Hollie communicated very well. Thank you!

Flawless

Flawless and spotless rental. I can't imagine how it could have been better. Property was perfect, check-in and out was as easy as it could be. I would absolutely consider renting this exact property again or with this management company again. Everything was as promised.
