Nicely Decorated, Family - Friendly

This 2 bedroom /2 bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for a family. It sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. It is located in Redfish Village directly on 30-A in famous Blue Mountain Beach. Redfish village has a private beach access, with bathrooms and complete beach chair service. The beach is just a short block away, or you can take the beach shuttle offered all day. Redfish Village features a stunning pool area with a grilling area. It is the perfect place for your family or friends to visit.

Our 3rd floor unit offers everything you need for a terrific beach vacation. The master and guest bedroom each have a private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two twin beds both with 32' LCD TV with DVD. Our gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops and all stainless appliances. The dining area includes comfortable seating for 6 . Finally, the family room includes a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a 42' LCD TV with CD/DVD, and MP-3 & I pod connection. At the end of the day you could relax and enjoy our large private balcony with plenty of seating.

Great area and very nice place

This was perfect for a family of 4 although it could comfortably sleep 6. The complex has good shops and restaurants and is close to the beach and other area eateries.

Another great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at the condo and it was another great experience. Check in was easy, communication with the owner was excellent, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect and the private beach is so nice. We’ll definitely stay again next summer.

Great location! Wonderful large balcony.

Easy checkin and would def come back. Really enjoyed the space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was great so was beach access and chair service. Loved it!

Spring Break

Redfish Village is a beautiful property, we have been staying at these condos for several years. M1 311 was very nice, we especially enjoyed the covered deck.

Memorable time for my family

I learned about Redfish village through a friend of mine who has been there for 6 years with her family. We truly enjoyed our time there. We invited my mom to this vacation to celebrate the Mother’s Day weekend.

Clean, safe, and beautifully decorated!

Red Fish Village is our absolute favorite place to stay in Blue Mountain Beach. The pool, concierge beach shuttle, and convenience of being away from it all yet close to all the yummy restaurants and attractions the area has to offer makes it the ideal choice. And the owner of this condo made it easy and quick to check in and out. I would definitely recommend it!

First time in Santa Rosa

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Santa Rosa and had a wonderful time. The condo was really nice and clean and the covered parking space came in handy the one day it rained. While not on the beach, it is a short walk to the beach with a terrific ice cream place along the route. We are already looking at booking again for next year.

Great location

First time staying at Redfish Village, stayed for 3 weeks at this condo. great location. Short walk to beach. Natalia quick to respond to questions. Condo very clean and well maintained. Will definitely book this unit again!!

Great location! Enjoyed our stay

Overall this is a great location and the rental is just what we expected when booking. The only thing that is a negative about this property is the horrible bedding. It’s worn out and extremely uncomfortable.

Great Place!

Excellent experience! Communication with Natalia was great; she's a wonderful host. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Location was great, not a far walk to the beach, and the private beach entrance and restrooms were a plus. The pool area was nice, too. Walkable to restaurants/ice cream/bakery. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice property

We had a great time! Condo was in the perfect location! You could walk to reataurants, ice cream shop and beach. Condo had everything you needed to accomodate your stay. Only thing I would say is pillows on beds could be updated or bring your own and the dryer took forever to dry. Beside that we loved our stay and would book again.

Nice condo and great location

We had a nice trip to Blue Mtn Beach, it was our first time visiting this part of 30A. The condo was nice and just as described. The floor coverings do show a bit of wear, probably because this is such a popular place. Loved that the condo came with beach chair rentals. Very easy to get into the condo/check-in/out/etc. We took advantage of the ice cream and donuts right across the street a couple of times, which was great during COVID.

A great place to relax

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very well appointed -- everything is in perfect condition and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is very convenient, there is a nice restaurant right on the Redfish Village complex (Trebeache), and so close to the beach that we never used the shuttle. The pool is quite nice, and having your beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental was a great perk. Communication with Natalia was very good. Overall, a great experience we'd love to repeat.

Beautiful condo and fun amenities

Beautiful condo with a great view, amazing pool area complete with yard games and ping pong! WiFi was down for half of the week so we could not use the TVs at all and had to pay large overage charge to our wireless carrier. Owner was very responsive to problem and worked with hoa and internet provider to eventually resolve and update technology in the condo.

Only thing keeping it a 5-star was the mattress in Master

We’ve stayed at Red Fish several times, because the location and amenities are exceptional: short walk to the beach and the creamery, pool and grills on site and a 5-min drive to the store. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. We gave her 5-stars on everything except I believe the master mattress needs to be replaced. We never had a good night sleep on it. You could hear the music from redfish taco in the master (it ended at 9pm so it was never an issue for us), and our kids couldn’t hear it during their bed time which was nice.

Spring Break 2022

The rental property was perfect, however, the single elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor which made the check-out morning pretty miserable! Other than that, this rental was amazing which is why I did not reflect this inconvenience in my overall review. However, in case you as the owner need to send maintenance comments like these to any sort of HOA type of org, here you go! Best, Lily

Pleasant stay

Pros of the property We love redfish village, stayed here multiple times. Great location and private beach. Property was mostly clean and we could hear the live music every night which was great. Cons: Beach service -though included had to be first come first serve, don’t like fighting for chairs. Rather just pay for it your self and get front row. Couch bed was filthy had to clean it. 2nd bedroom tv did not pick up any channels. No wine opener Kind bed pillows are really bad. No beach toys Still enjoyed our trip and the cons were minor things, but just a bunch on inconveniences.

Great beach rental

We really enjoyed our stay here and would book here again. Overall it was wonderful, but there are a few things that could be improved. We were disappointed to find out the listing did not include beach service, even though the listing said it did. When I tried to contact the owner to ask questions ahead of time, I never received any messages back. After two weeks, we eventually called her with the number listed and was able to contact her that way. A little more information about Red Fish Village would have been helpful. We had to just search for the pool and finally ask someone where the private access to the beach was. It does get a little noisy outside the balcony and the master bedroom at night and in the mornings. The kids bedroom is in the back of the condo though and the noise didn’t bother them. We did really enjoy the nice big balcony and the location.

Relax and Enjoy

The condo is decorated nicely and has everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of little extras that make go towards an enjoyable trip. It was so nice to have salt & pepper since that is something we tend to forget.

My wife and I are both physicians from Colombia, we have 3 kids, Isabella (20), Nicolas (18) and Julian (9). It has been a dream for us to own a property in the 30A area, and this came a reality for us in 2011. We live in Birmingham, AL which is relatively close to the our condominium.

We have a condominium in Panama City Beach, but we love to drive and spend time in the lifestyle communities of the 30A corridor, Wartercolor, Seaside, Rose Mary Beach. We are close to all of them and close to everything Destin has to offer. When this property became available we liked the possibility of having a different beach vacation experience, and we love it!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Redfish Village is a very nice development in the heart of 30A, between Gulf Place and Watercolor/Seaside. We have a private beach access with restrooms and beach service. The pool is very relaxing after a day at the beach with a nice grilling area and a playset for the Kids. Our condominium is very comfortable and has a larger balcony than most units were we relax and have some quality family time. My wife decorated our unit, she is a fan of Pottery Barn and the decoration shows it.
