– Brand new as of summer 2021, this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in the heart of the Alphabet District with a walk score of 99.
– Spacious 1500 sq ft home featuring new floors, fresh paint, and updated bathrooms.
– Mini-split ductless AC system for year-round comfort.
– Four queen beds with down comforters, duvets, large pillows, and ample storage with closets, dressers, and luggage racks.
– Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large dining table for eight. Coffee machine and pods provided.
– In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
