Relax on this 10-acre property, enjoying the saltwater pool while Mr. P, our friendly pony, frolics nearby.

Explore the beautiful foliage, wildlife, and two serene ponds. Ample parking means you can bring your boat or trailered toys. Riverbreeze Park, just 2 miles away, offers free boat launches and access to world-famous fishing in Mosquito Lagoon and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The space
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house has two queen beds and and two twin (trundle) beds.

The property is a non-profit charity event center on 10 acres, so you may encounter staff doing regular maintenance. There is a cabin, far away on the other side of the property that is occupied.

There won't be any events there during your stay :).

You are welcome to stroll about the property and say "hi" to the pony, but please make sure any pups or children you bring do not bother him.

There is a bar in the house that you are welcome to use. Pool table is for owners only due to the risk of tile damage.

Everything was as presented in the description. We had a wonderful time there, and kids loved the pool. Everything we needed was provided, the property was beautiful and quiet. Hosts were friendly, accessible, and accommodating. Easy self check in. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

We enjoyed the quiet setting and daily visits by the pony, Mr P. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful. We hope to return next year.

The whole place was awesome. Very clean inside and out. The pool area is amazing. The ladies there were very nice and helpfil with places to eat and things to go do. You will enjoy Mr. P walking around and all the wildlife that comes around.

Amazing stay

Everyone loved the property. It was the best stay we ever had. My kids loved the pool. My aunt came for a visit and we enjoyed walking around and Mr.P was there to greet us. Amazing time! Definitely will be back!

Nestled back in its own little slice of heaven. You'll see the occasional grounds keeper , or plenty of friendly animals. They are very little distraction to the awesome house though! The screened in patio / pool are 10/10. Couldn't ask for much more from a quiet get away under the sun

Fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful time property was gorgeous proximity to dropping our boat in the water was perfect. Michelle was so wonderful engaged with us and our 6 year old grandson we were captivated by the beautiful surroundings and the ability to interact with Mr. P the resident ambassador and tiny horse . We will absolutely be going back

Family Christmas/New Year/Birthday Vacation

Our 1st family trip away for the Holiday's. The house was decorated for Christmas, just enough decorations, it was lovely. Every rooms theme was nicely put together. Very clean for a pet friendly place. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I reached out for a coffee drip pot, not the keurig. New coffee pot was delivered with filters and coffee. Everything was wonderful, pool area, property, loved all the plants. I would recommend a water filtration system for the property, since it's on a well. The cost to supply my family of four and pets with drinking/cooking water was a bit extra for 8 day stay. Heating the pool without the extra cost would be wonderful as well. The weather was yuck for us and the pool would have been amazing like i hoped to enjoy, but it was to cold to go in. Its a wonderful place to stay and would return. It
