We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the pool. Communication with both the agent and the owners was excellent — they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay again!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very roomy, everyone had their own bed. The pool was a fantastic treat. I had brought floats with us, but the property already had some available. I appreciate having a washer and dryer. They came in handy for towel washing. I definitely would rent this home again!

Nicest Property Managers Ever! Highly Reccomend

Cynthia and her team are incredible! When our team needed somewhere to stay to volunteer after Hurricane Ian, we found this beautiful property and even better owners! Highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

The pool was not filtered well. The door battery was going dead, property manager never show up to change it. The water had low pressure for the first week due to being shut off at the street. The dryer did not dry clothes well. The home is well equipment with necessities and clean.

Thank you so much for your review and for bringing these items to our attention. We did have someone come by to charge the battery and check the garage door, and everything appeared to be working properly at that time. The dryer was also inspected, and the technician noted that if it’s overloaded, it can take longer to dry, but otherwise it’s functioning as expected. The property now has a new pool service, and the filter was replaced less than four months ago. With all the recent rain, extra chlorine is often needed, but we’ve shared your feedback with the new pool company to ensure everything stays in top shape. We truly appreciate your input and hope you had a wonderful stay overall. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Family reunion

This property was wondering. We had 9 people coming into town to visit, three groups in this party of 9, total 3 kids and 6 adults. My son also spent so.e time there as well. The house was very comfortable for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by kids and adults daily. No problems with property management, Ci dy was fantastic and got us all situated. The house is close to the beach and area attractions. We went to space center, Disney, blue springs, daytona, New smyrna beach and gatorland. House was in a good location to make these all doable during our week together. Thanks so much for a great week, we would absolutely rent again!

Property was adequate for our needs.

All was well, except an early entry problem and the absence of network cable service. One of our objectives was to watch the NFL playoff games after attending the Rolex 24 in Daytona. Network access was not available and the property manager's email address was blocking possible access. We will never stay again at a property that does not offer easily accessible primary TV stations.

We were happy to hear you had a nice time. We were a little perplexed after reading your review. We had let you know check in time was 4 PM. If the house is ready before that we are always happy to let folks check in earlier. The cleaners need time to make sure it’s nice for the next person’s arrival. There was a large party who left the same day you checked in. The broker went to the house and explained to you it is a ROKU TV and that you could put your info in and get the super bowl we have no codes on that TV. You said you were fine with all. We were wondering why you didn’t call us again if you were having a problem. It has spectrum TV which offers series, news, movies and then Roku any apps like Netflex, Disney etc. and the list goes on. Almost every rental used Roku and has Spectrum now. Just better choices. We hope you try us again down the road.
