With 5 queen bedrooms which sleeps 14 , and 4 bathrooms this property offers superb comfort for guests. The house features heating, hair dryer, Central AC, WiFi, iron, and two washers and dryers. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer. Additionally, there is an extra living room, game room and Hot tub for your enjoyment. Whether you're exploring the charming city or simply relaxing indoors, this fabulous house provides everything you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. We had a wonderful time staying at this house with a big group! It was so close to all the major attractions, Storyland, and downtown. Location was perfect. The air conditioning was reliable and strong, perfect for the hot summer days we were staying here.

We had a great time at this property. The Home and location was as described and It was only a couple minutes drive to the village. The Home was very comfortable and there was a lot to do there including a game room, hot tub, and many TVs. The host was great and provided extremely timely responses to any questions we may have had. We had absolutely no issues and plan on staying there again in the future.

We were a family of 10, 6 adults, a teen and 3 children. The bedroom situation was perfect and all queen size beds were comfortable. The current bunkbeds were not up to the quality of all other furnishings. The living areas were comfortable and all furniture appeared new. Kitchen had everything needed. Hot tub and grille were in perfect shape and well used. Super convenient location, we walked into town numerous times. Host is fantastic. Would definitely rent again

Great house, very spacious. Quick 3-4 min drive to Cranmore. Very close to downtown shops. Owner great with communication. Hot tub and game room a plus. Would def rent this house again!

The great room (kitchen, dining, living, & deck) was a great space to all be together. There were also enough bathrooms for ten ladies to get ready at the same time!

The house was clean, comfortable and roomy, the location was perfect and the host was very accommodating. We were there on a girl's shopping trip. The only recommendation would be to update the bunk beds. We would stay there again.

The house was very clean (important), the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The game room was a lot of fun! Would have loved a fire in the fire pit but there was a burn ban and it was really hot outside! Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Family fun

Perfect for families. Very close to Mt Cranmore and restaurants, etc. Unfortunately one of games in game room wasn’t working and oven had issues.

Friends Trip

A group of friends stayed here for a weekend in December. The house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The open living room, dining room, kitchen was great for a large group. Communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. The location was close to shops and food. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location to Downtown North Conway!

Our group comprising of 10 adults were very comfortable in Unit A. We were all comfortable but be aware two of the bed rooms down stairs do not have windows ( bunk beds and king bedroom). This was not a problem for us but maybe for some people. The downstairs Main bedroom with two queen beds has a bathroom. The other two bedrooms downstairs shared a bathroom. The main bedroom upstairs has a bathroom . There was a bathroom upstairs in the hallway. The firepit in back of the unit is nice and we did utilize. We bought firewood at a roadside stand while doing day trips.We had a great stay and Kerri ( manager) was very easy to communicate with. If we are fortunate enough to return we would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this home and can’t wait to go back! Very spacious, clean, and great for families, about 10 minutes from Storyland. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but the host was extremely accommodating while in the process of getting it fixed. Thank you!!
