Guests will access the reserved parking spots off of Joy Street. There are four reserved spots with signs indicating parking for The Davis. They will enter through a coded lock door in the back of the home. Minimal steps, or a ramp are available.

This building adjoins Pinchy's Lobster + Rawbar, providing guests with convenient access to exceptional dining experiences. While the home itself offers complete privacy with separate entrances, we want our guests to be aware that the restaurant is located adjacent to the property. This proximity ensures easy access for those looking to enjoy delicious meals and vibrant ambiance just steps away from their accommodations. Parking in the front of the home is parallel parking and public parking. The spaces are not metered however, they could be taken by locals also visiting downtown.
